“You say you want more of Me, yet you continually choose other things.”

You say you want more of Me, yet you continually choose other things over your time with Me. You say, “Look at the weather,” and run out to play like a small child. You say you want more of Me, yet you choose other people over Me. I long for time with you, yet you run to others with your time.

You say you want to know Me more, yet you continually seek more of something else. Your mind seeks out entertainments in the world, and thoughts of Me are left far behind.

You say you want one thing to Me, because you desire I would grant it to you. I have granted you access to My Throne, which men of old time would have gladly given their lives for, yet you do not approach except with your hand out to Me.

My children, I have offered you what you say you want, yet you have continually chosen something else. Search your heart – what do you really want? A relationship with Me is within the reach of every man, every woman, every child, yet so few know Me.

If you do not approach My Throne, I also cannot know you.

Matthew 7:21-23
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Glynda Lomax

Author: Glynda Lomax

The Lord began giving Glynda Lomax prophetic words and visions when she was in her twenties. She began to have visions and dream visions, which at that time related to her personal life, but it was not until 1996 that she truly got into an intimate walk with Him. In 1997, she began to receive very vivid open visions as well as dream visions and prophetic words. In early 2008, the open visions came with a new intensity, so powerful that she would feel as if a wall of wind had hit her as the visions opened up before her. In December of 2008, the Lord began to show her end times visions. Just before 2011 began, He gave her several consecutive words in a short period of time for His people. She inquired of Him about receiving so many words in such a short time and He sent her a word the next day through a prophet that He is going to pour out His Spirit. That night He spoke to her to begin a blog to release them to His people, which is when she started Wings of Prophecy.

Satan has devised the greatest trick against the faithful – Weapons of Mass Distraction (WMD), and the battle rages in the mind where Satan lays traps. It could be social media, videos, YTube, internet, TV, endless news, pets, job, worries, mundane relationships, etc etc., the list is endless. Actually if we contemplate at the end of the day if we really did give our heart & time to the lord, the naked truth will be exposed that we have been victims to Satan’s WMD.

Wow, what a word. This is truth. I do ask for prayer. Ive been grieving for justice for myself and my 2 young boys and I have been discouraged and I am weary and honestly done with waiting, but I have no other choice. Its been over 5 years. I honestly do not ask to know what to do, I do however humble myself in informing my brethren that I need prayer. I can see its a heart condition and I am not looking forward to waiting another 10 years (and God forbid 20 years!) to see redemption in my case, but once again, its not my call nor timing, it is the Lord’s. I seek the Lord on a daily basis to pour out my heart, even twice a day, but it is not enough time and this post speaks directly to me. I pray for encouragement and conviction. I will not give in and I will not give up in establishing justice over my life and my 2 sons. Thank you Sis. Glynda and thank you Bro. James Bailey for this website. God bless you.

Cie, this word, although ive heard myriads of times, has impacted my life. I have taken action to forgive at least a $40K debt to the man who has hurt me and my children most, their father. God bless you for releasing this word open and honestly. I publish this comment for the testimony of Jesus Christ for He commands forgiveness to those who seek life and salvation through Him.

Several years ago I heard the Lord say, “the greatest weapon you will have in these last days is FOCUS!”. Our inner focus on Christ causes us to crave Him. That in turn, causes us to look for Him with our physical eyes. The pure in heart shall see God. Titus 1:15 To the pure, all things are pure; but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure. Indeed, both their minds and their consciences are defiled.

The weapons of our warfare are mighty through God. Lift up your heads (focus) you everlasting doors, and the King of Glory shall come in!

It’s truly time to sit in his presence. The fashion of this world is fading away ever so quickly. Get to the feet of Jesus and stay there.

How exactly do I sit in His presence? does that mean reading his word ? I try to get in 1-2 hours a day . Does that mean -Obeying His commands and keeping His laws on your heart and mind -always ? Does that mean worshiping? is that just listening to praise music and walking thru your days and struggles praising HIM? what exactly is this mystery – Do I just sit quietly and think about Him am I supposed to be praising him at this time ? in my head ? how long do I do this for —We are in the middle of an enormous house and office move and I just found out my son has autism and dealing with many dr appointments and ALL the issues that are happening with that -these are very serious questions -and I need some help from anyone who knows -what this means -I REALLY worry I am not doing enough but then that fear contradicts His command to rest IN HIM -which I think I am doing to the best of my ability -Love you all in Jesus -thank you for any help with this issue

This will not be perfect. I am still in the process of letting the LORD disciple and shape me…. Jesus told His followers that Father God wants us to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Recently, Father God has been teaching me the difference between praise and worship. We praise with our soul (although let by our spirit) and we worship directly from our spirit. With my soul, I tend to think of the truths I can proclaim about God and to God (Scripture truths, Christian songs of the past and present). But for the past so many months, I have been just “sitting at the feet of Jesus”. I close my eyes and mentally picture I am sitting or bowing at the feet of my Lord. As I do this, I literally feel my spirit, inside the center of my chest, expand and try to burst its bounds. I know that sounds strange, but I know it as a spiritual fact. It is like the deer panting for the water the psalmist wrote about. Our souls/spirits should pant for the presence of the LORD God as though in a dry land. It is in that place of intimate worship that He will feed and water us, His flock. The people of the Most High God, the people of the Spirit, desperately need to personally hear from God for themselves. Those who are led by the Spirit are the sons and daughters of God. We need to practice the presence of God NOW. We need to turn to Him constantly, no matter what is going on around us. God will train us now for the future. Jesus said rivers of living water will rise up and flow from your belly. Yes, I say! It happened just like that to… Read more »

Heather, you are not alone in asking for more help in understanding prophecies like this one. Many, many people are doing everything they can to seek the Lord and still manage the responsibilities of the day, which at times can be so stressful and challenging. Everyone is at a different place in their walk with God and you have to be careful not to fall into the trap of self condemnation because you feel you’re not doing enough to please God in comparison to others. Prophecies can sometimes seem confusing and frustrating but their intent is to help draw people closer to the Lord. Not every prophecy fits every persons personal walk with the Lord. You and you alone know how much you are seeking to spend time with him so please don’t think that you have to spend the same time as everyone else. I personally think that every prophecy has to be filtered through the Holy Spirit to see if He is talking specfically about some area of my life that needs to be addressed. Many times when I feel like you do he will send a prophecy of encouragement to assure me I’m on the right path. Other times he lovingly sends a prophecy to re-direct me. Seek the peace in your inner heart. Do the best you can and know that God sees YOUR heart and knows YOUR personal circumstances. You can talk to God on and off throughout the day and still manage your day without feeling quilty of not seeking him enough. He will help you where you are at right now in your life. It’s not necessarily about ‘how much time’ but rather about ‘relationship’. I think he would prefer a 24/7 relationship over a 1 or 2 hour prayer time and then… Read more »

It sounds like you have a very busy life. Sometimes it is indeed hard to find time to read, study and pray. Obviously we can’t neglect our other responsibilities. For me it means resting in him and walking in the light of his word. That means I try my best to make quiet time for him but when I’m working or spending time doing activities of daily living I walk in the light of the Word I know and as I grow in him I can expect that light to increase to the point where it’s no longer I but Christ who lives in me. In that way we become living examples of his word. I hope that helps. He doesn’t want us to worry but to trust in the finished work that he has done.

Heather C – You are doing all the right things to be in His Presence, but the real key is to love Him while you are there – to find out who He is as you are getting to know about Him, and to let Him love you – to actually feel His love for you as you sit with Him and His Word each day. Its more about building a relationship with your living Savior than anything else. Once you have a real relationship established, resting in His Presence is much easier. It’s like the difference in dating and being married – Jesus bless you, Heather – you have your plate full! – Glynda

Aww Glynda -these words are precious-and truly the root of it all -His Love -and chasing after His heart -I do in fact think He has taken me to His levels at times -lately I have been having these just so exhilarating days -I call them glory days -where oh truly truly my heart is just saturated to overflowing with Him -all I can see is Him -His love just washes thru me -All I can see IS HIM- and HIS love flows from me so easily-the world just looks oh so grey and boring and I spend my days just rejoicing -like falling in Love x 1000000-then its like He leads me down from the mountain and I know that OK a trial is next -and it always is -but the strength I receive from the glory days -helps me to overcome the trial -and Im like -this is just a trial –no matter how hard-its just a trial and even rejoicing thru it -knowing He is doing something in it -so I start to see with new eyes -what am supposed to be learning here?–it has seemed my glory days were of HIS choosing -so directions and how to get back up that mountain from James and others is priceless —

The glory realm is available to us anytime we choose to enter. We do not have to wait for a sovereign move of God. He has already given us an open invitation, so it is up to us to enter. We need to encounter His manifested presence everyday and the wonderful thing is we can.

Heather C, the way I began abiding in His presence even in my busy-ness and activity, is to “practice His presence” via imagination. There is actually a little book out there somewhere by Brother Lawrence titled “Practicing His Presence” through mundane every day life. If you can find it somewhere, I would recommend it. Anyway, it is a discipline of meditating on the Lord, or being mindful (I like to call it a mind full of God) every possible moment, which often includes moments of gratitude when I remember some of the amazing things He does for me. The praise and awe comes from the heart and the spirit within. At first this takes a little practice, but as your mind gets “refocused” it will become a more natural thing. This is a little harder to accomplish if you are thrust into mega activity all day long, or your attention is constantly required such as with an autistic child. You will want to earnestly ask the Lord to help you accomplish this getting into His presence, which will require some sacrifice from your family. Maybe you can start by scheduling some alone time for half an hour to begin with, until the Lord shows you how to further it. I have had the privilege of having everyone taken out of my life, with my mom’s passing last year, so I was forced to turn to the Lord for “company”. It sounds bad to say it like this, but yes I desperately needed Him now that I was completely left to my own. But I already knew how to abide in fellowship with heaven prior to that, only last year intensified my fellowship with God so much more. I pray the Lord will help you make it possible for you to… Read more »

I want to give you some examples of how I worked this out in my life. I begin my day every morning by saying “Good morning Lord” what would you like us to do today? For breakfast, I would set out a couple of plates and instead of doing the traditional “prayer before a meal”, I would invite Jesus literally to have breakfast with me. Yes, I would ask Him if He likes my cooking? (The neat thing is, He responds.) 🙂

You can see that I have taken the “child-like” approach very literal. Ever watch a child play imaginary friends? Our relationship with Jesus is very much like that, depending on how good your imagination is.

Today, we (Jesus and I) pretty much do everything together. He helps me in my gardening and renovating projects. I ask for His input on how to accomplish a job better. We go shopping together.

Why don’t you begin by taking Jesus with you on your doctor appointments? Or better yet, ask Him what He wants to do? 🙂

Hi again, Heather C,

I was praying for you and thought I’d post a bit more. You have so many questions. You sound like myself in that regard. We’ve had similar issues with our son and right now are going through many dental visits for braces and such that I DO NOT want to have happen. I have prayed for these things to be removed, but God has not seen fit remove them. So, I have to rest in Him and allow Him to shape me into His image though these things. Not easy. Not my choice. One by one, I am learning to turn things in my life over to Him. When I am able to do that, there is peace.

I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t give in to the fear of the enemy. Mentally picture giving Father God whatever IT is and thanking Him for taking care of it. Then, sit at His feet and listen to what He has to say to you.

You are strengthened in the Lord Jesus and Father God sees you as His beautiful warrior daughter. You are in His hand and He IS preparing you for the future. A victorious future.

Blessings in Jesus, Heather.

I have just finished reading Glynda’s book ‘Loosed From The Chains Of Darkness. The book deals very effectively with breaking generational curses, which most of us have inherited from our parents and grandparents. Surprisingly the curses are involved with every type of sin out there. Generational curses are normally thought to be associated with things like Freemasonry but that could not be further from the truth. I was amazed to learn this as I worked through the many different types of prayers in the book. I am sensitive to the presence of unclean spirits and as I said the prayers I could feel the curses breaking off and also the demons leaving.

Prior to learning about generational sin curses. had cleaned my life up completely and repented for all my sins but I was still being attacked and could not figure out what was going on. I believe this is a huge problem in the body right now and it is why so many are overburdened and wore out. Satan’s demons have the legal right to keep attacking us because of the curses. They must be broken off for the attacks to stop. I encourage everyone to get the book and go through the prayers. Please also tell others who are trying to get clean. The book is available on Glynda’s website and the kindle version is very affordable.

Glynda thank you for this word. I had just finished listening to this Sermon by David Wilkerson and then came and read this right after and it fits very well. http://media.tscnyc.org/mp3/20031019S1.mp3 Time for playing games is over, either you are for the Kingdom of God or not, so either wake up or move aside so the people that are really needing God and want to walk in his ways can come. I know that is a hard word but this is why the church is in the shape it’s in now. People were only ” Getting Saved” to escapse Hell and to start that’s why most of us came to the Lord but its high time for us to start walking like we are Children of the Most High God, we should be a peculiar people 1Peter 2:9 KJV But ye are a CHOSEN generation, a ROYAL Priesthood, a HOLY NATION, A PECULIAR people, that ye should shew forth the Praises of HIM who hath called you ( US) OUT of darkness INTO HIS MARVELLOUS Light. Lord anyone on the fence please make up your mind TODAY ask him to help you. We have taken advantage of the Mercy of God long enough and if Judgment and the sword has not come to you yet for living In sin and being lukewarm IT will come BC in 2009 it came to me and shook EVERYTHING that could be shook. And as a Nation Judgment is coming soon so Please seek HIM he is faithful to a hungry and pure heart and he will answer and help you. Again thank you Glynda for this message I hope all who listen to the message I posted here not only get blessed themselves but pass it on to anyone you know needs this… Read more »
