Hello, spiritual prayer warriors. I want to talk to you about authority and glory. The anointing of the Spirit of God is strongly present as I share this.
I have received a number of visions, the most recent being on October 14th, 2025, where the Lord revealed the significant coming of His rainbow glory to the earth. I want to discuss the power and meaning of this imminent spiritual manifestation.
The Vision of the Rainbow Glory
I often find parallels between my personal experiences and the biblical accounts, particularly those of the prophet Ezekiel. In Ezekiel 8:3, he states, “The spirit lifted me up between earth and heaven and brought me in visions of God to Jerusalem.” The Lord has done this for me many times, including in the detailed vision I received on October 14th (which you can find in my previous videos).
In this recent vision, the Lord caught me into the spiritual realm, where I witnessed the spiritual atmosphere cracking between earth and heaven. Through these fissures, the glory of God—a massive, swirling mass of rainbow colors—streamed into the atmosphere and over the earth. Behind this swirling glory, I saw the silhouette of Jesus.
I recognized Him because He first took me to the throne room of heaven in 2010. There, I saw the rainbow glory of God encompassing the room. Ezekiel 1:28 describes this, saying, “Like the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness all around it. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord.”
The apostle John also references this in Revelation 4:3, noting, “There was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.” This rainbow glory is deeply symbolic.
The Greatest Outpouring
In the vision of October 14th, Jesus revealed the coming of the greatest outpouring, revival, spiritual awakening, and mass evangelism that has ever struck planet Earth. He declared that it was beginning now and that we were to be drawn into His glory.
The glory itself was a powerful, sweeping manifestation of Jesus—it was the essence of Him and the manifestation of this end-time revival, or the “third great reformation” or “awakening” in America.
I watched believers being supernaturally raised up before Jesus within this glory. This was a spiritual manifestation, not a literal rapture. The people were:
Worshiping Jesus with reverence and love.
Inhaling the glory into their lungs, allowing it to become part of them.
Displaying emotions from tears of awe to smiles of joy.
The Symbolism of the Glory
The rainbow glory is fundamentally linked to covenant. It symbolizes the unbreakable covenant between Jesus and His children—His bride, His people, His body on earth.
Furthermore, the glory represents the throne, the rulership, and the majesty of Jesus. The glory cloud I witnessed around the throne room in 2010 and in subsequent visions embodies His presence and His authority.
The Bible confirms that we are called into this dimension of authority. Ephesians 2:4-6 states: “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ… and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” This concept of sitting with Him speaks directly to our authority. As Jesus said in Revelation 3:21: “To him who overcomes, I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”
Understanding the Four Kinds of Authority
My books, Third Heaven Authority and the follow-up, Lion’s Army (both available on Amazon.com), detail the visions I’ve received and the different types of authority we possess:
Authority of the Human Being: This is the dominion given to humanity at creation, as described in Genesis.
Believer’s Authority (Spiritual Authority): This is the authority Jesus imparts when we are born again. He said, “All power both in heaven and on earth has been given unto Me. Therefore, you go in My name.”
Authority of Position: This refers to the rank and order found in the Godhead (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), in family life (husband/father, wife, children), and in the church (submission to elders).
Authority in the Glory: This is the authority released when the glory of God touches you.
The Glory Imparts Change and Assignment
The glory is the self-manifest presence of God—it is the evidence of Jesus showing up. When the glory hits you, something changes:
People are saved.
Bodies are healed.
Demons are cast out.
You may have experienced this: weeping uncontrollably in prayer, or the heavy anointing of God causing people to fall to the floor. When the glory touches you, it imparts:
A Change/Miracle: A supernatural alteration of your circumstance.
A Revelation: New spiritual understanding.
An Assignment: A commission to carry that imparted authority and anointing out into the world. If you were healed, you are commissioned to go and heal others.
Activating Third Heaven Authority
In the 2010 vision, when I stood before the throne, Jesus turned me around, and I saw a portal in the floor looking down to Earth. He said, “Launch your warfare from here.”
As I used my spiritual authority against the demonic assignments over a city—sowing confusion into their communication—angels shot down, hearkening to the Word I spoke.
Jesus commissioned me to teach Third Heaven Authority to His people. This is not a new kind of authority, but a new perspective: it is the way we use all other forms of authority from heaven’s vantage point, looking down, rather than from earth’s vantage point, looking up.
Prepare for Impartation
I firmly believe that the rainbow glory witnessed in the October vision is not just an evangelistic movement, but is intertwined with a release of divine Third Heaven Authority to the Body of Christ. We are about to witness the greatest, most miraculous, and astounding things happen during this revival.
Those believers I saw in the vision were being supernaturally equipped in the air to look down upon their lives and carry this authority. They were released back to their lives, taking the glory and becoming evangelists of the rainbow glory of God. Millions will be saved.
Final Prayer and Call to Action
I pray now, Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, for every viewer who desires to be miraculously involved in this great revival. Release the revelation and the anointing of Third Heaven Authority. Release the ability of the Holy Spirit to lift them up in the spirit and show them heaven’s perspective in every situation.
It is time to spend intentional time with Jesus. Soak up and inhale the rainbow glory, and then release it into the earth.

Where does anyone find a final great revival (indicated in the scripture) prior to the tribulation period?
I think it’s a reference to Acts 2:17-21. “In the last days…., before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.”
