As I was reading and studying my bible and spending quality time with God today. I was studying Habakkuk, mainly focusing on the last three verses of chapter 3.
17 Though the fig tree should not blossom and there be no fruit on the vines, though the yield of the olive should fail and the fields produce no food, though the flock should be cut off from the fold and there be no cattle in the stalls,
18 Yet I will exult in the Lord, I will rejoice in the God of My salvation.
19 The Lord God is My strength, and He has made My feet like hinds’ feet, and makes me walk on My high places. To the choir director, with My stringed instruments. (Habakkuk 3:17-19)
As I prayed, I was hungry for a word from Him, so I said to the Lord, “I want your word. I want more of you. I want to hear from you. I am calling on you”
God Replied, “What is that you want?”
I replied, “I want more of you, I want a word for what I am reading. I want you to give me a word.”
God replied, “I want you to type exactly what I say.”
And this what God says,
“People who say they truly serve Me must be willing to give up anything and everything for the sake of My kingdom. It is time for My true Christians to be tested like never before. My people must realize it is not about them, and they must praise Me and worship me no matter the circumstance.
Habakkuk realized this. No matter what went on around Him, he still gave me thanks, and served me. I want all the people who say they truly worship Me, to be like Habakkuk. My people must be willing to lay down their lives in order to advance My kingdom.
Your primary goal is to win souls.
I am tired of people who claim to serve Me, and can’t even take five minutes out of their day with Me, yet they want what others have who have spent multiple hours a day with Me. Many people say they love Me, but they spend no time with Me. Many talk about tithing, but tithing is giving your first fruits, which should also include your time. I want My portion of My time due to Me. You can make time for your TV’s, Smart Phones, and computers, but you won’t make any time for Me. I don’t want five minuets. I want real quality time. I am the Lord your God.
I have shown you mercy, and I have been to merciful to you for you not to give My praise, My worship, and My time. I am the Lord God, and all souls are Mine. If you claim you work for me, then you must not come in on My Job, clock in, and sit down and do no work, while you watch others doing so. I refuse to allow a lazy man to inherit My kingdom.
Times will be hard on everyone, and no matter how tough things seem to get, always trust in me your Lord God, and have faith in the coming of My son Jesus Christ. My son is quickly coming back.
Stay firm in My word, do not lose hope. Remember it doesn’t matter how many fall at your right or your left side, give God praise. David gave me praise, now you give me My honor and praise.
Live holy. If you have to let some friends or family go, let them go. I am the Lord God who causes the sun to rise in the east, and set in the west. No matter what goes on you must serve me, and know I require worship, praise, and obedience.
I the Lord will truly take care of My own, even if I take you on home to be with Me, I am still taking care of you. I take care of those who truly serve me. Know this, and know this very well, the hour is at hand, judgment is upon your land, I am fixing to destroy without relenting.
Get right with Me. Be ready for battle. Make sure your armor is properly fitted, and make sure you are found not to be a lazy worker. I want real, strong soldiers in My army. The miracles you will see in these last day will come from those who keep My word and are found to be obedient. Obedience is always better than sacrifice.
Again, the time is here for My children to be truly tested. Know it will not be for the faint of heart, but for the one who endures to the end. It is My commandment to serve Me and do everything I ask of you. Get ready, for there will be mighty shaking in the land like never before. I will pour out My spirit on those who are willing to bear this shaking, and stand firm during the shaking. Let Jesus be your foundation, and you shall not be moved.”
After this I gave God praise and thanked Him. For the good Lord gave me a word and answered my prayer. Then I wrote this down as a declaration of serving Him:
“It Doesn’t Phase Me” (from Habakkuk 3:17-19)
It doesn’t phase me if my house gets burned down to the ground with nothing left to be found and all I hear is a crackling sound. I will obey, praise, and worship Him.
It doesn’t phase me if my friends walk away and my family doesn’t stay because they choose to go astray, so they can go out and play thinking they might live to see another day. I will still serve Him and give Him the honor and reverence due to Him.
It doesn’t phase me if they threaten to take my family away from me. My God is still worthy of the praise.
It doesn’t phase me if they jail me, impale me, or try to derail me. I will still serve Him and worship Him. I will not stop declaring Jesus.
It doesn’t phase me if the rats take my last slice of cheese, or the roaches start a go-fund-me account because they take pity on me. I will still have more than most people because I will have the Spirit of God on me.
It doesn’t phase me if I look at my check book and see my checks have more bounce than the NBA, and I am so broke I can’t afford even a morsel of hay. I will still say, “Thank you Lord. Here am I, use me.”
It doesn’t phase me if my shoes start talking back because they are so worn out, and my refrigerator has no food, so it starts to pout. I will still say, “Thank you Lord.” And I will still serve Him.
It doesn’t phase me if they put a sword to my neck and a gun to my head, or they crucify me on a cross and leave me for dead, I will still proclaim Jesus. I will still serve and worship my God.
Even if bullets and bombs are by my side, and I look to the ground and see thousands who have died, it doesn’t phase me. I will praise my God and continue to serve Him in His army and press on.
If they try to tease me, freeze me, or seize me, it doesn’t phase me. I will still proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
No matter what goes on or who walks out. I will serve my God and proclaim my Jesus with not a trace of doubt.
