I had a dream on the morning of December 23 2015. In this dream I was in a hotel somewhere, waiting for someone or something. I looked around and thought the place looked shabby.
Then I saw someone come to the door and it was Donald Trump, or at least someone who looked like him. Then I realized I was in Las Vegas, which is in the desert. I told him, “This room looks so run down.”
Then he looked around, then back at me and said, “You don’t look like someone who deals cards.”
I answered, “I never learned how to play cards as my mother was taught that cards are the devil’s playthings.”
He nodded, as if surmising. Then he said, “Well, when you are sixteen, you will bring the oil.”
Interpretation:
A hotel is a place where we take refuge while traveling on the road. Believers are sojourners traveling on a holy highway, which will be opened for us to follow while fools will not find it, even if they happen to stumble upon it.
The room was worn out, shabby, and meager, because we are not home yet. We don’t yet see what we have, but we have a temporary solution to meet our needs while we are traveling on this road. We are in a transitional place, which is worn out, shabby and meager, but it is a temporary shelter for us, even in the middle of the desert.
Donald Trump recognized I was not a card dealer because Las Vegas represents the ways of this world and is known as “Sin City”. Believers are not of the world, so what the world desires, the bling and bright lights, does not attract us. We are not gamblers because wisdom has taught us well. We are modest. We don’t fit in, but are only traveling through, and we must travel light, not holding tightly to things that are not essential.
Donald Trump represented the trumpet, which is one who gives the message. He delivered a message from the Lord, which was, “When you are sixteen, you will bring the oil.”
Sixteen represents the coming year, 2016, which is upon us. In 2016, believers will bring the oil, which means the oil of God’s Spirit will flow, even in the midst of the desert, which represents the calamity in the world. There will be a great outpouring of the anointing, which will attract many to the true church and salvation. This greater outpouring will carry with it greater responsibility and a greater commitment to obey.
I believe the Lord is saying 2016 will begin to open multiple doors for His people. We will go through doors we have never even seen or imagined, which will only be possible because of a miraculous multiplication, which will occur and will sustain us. The miracle of the eight day oil of the feast of lights will again manifest in many different ways, and the oil will be sufficient to endure.
When we have done all required of us, then God will do the rest. He is our rest. He will be our map to the next destination, the next open door, the next sanctification, the next elevation, the very next step. This is the generation and we are the people who will dare to declare and proclaim Jesus with boldness!
The open door is before us. We will enter it. Revelation will unfold to each one who goes through. We will go before the throne at each juncture. We will overcome adversity, and be glorious in God’s eyes. We will carry the cross within us, which is our completion, and the Word of God will be on our tongues.
We will come through the desert, and we will raise our tents where angels also encamp. They will bear us up, lest we dash our foot upon a stone. Attracted to the Word of God, our praises, and the breath of the Spirit upon us, angels gather. There will be healing and restoration.
The Bible reveals some interesting facts about the number sixteen. Sixteen attributes of godly love can be found in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
Sixteen is a multiple of 4×4, and 2×8. The sum of 1+6 =7. the number of man plus God, our source. Seven is the number of completion, nothing missing, nothing broken, the Shalom of God.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. (John 16:13)

I had been brooding over a situation in my family. I went out to the coast for a visit as my mother was in hospital. She came home and I nurtured her for 6 weeks, then I had to leave. Thanksgiving is usually such a great family time, but this year I was sad over my mom. I was sitting at the desk about to get on line when I heard this, Leave it alone, I’ll do the rest. Since that time, my mother has gained her strength, is eating, although she had been losing weight after I left, and she has been calling me every few days. Karen Sue I believe the Lord is saying to me he has answered all my prayers before I could even ask him, So anything I need whether it is Health, Family Salvation, prosperity, All my Needs have been taken care of He’s waiting on me to ask in prayer.

I was praying for a young woman a couple of years ago. She does not know the Lord, but like many she knew it all, and did her thing. I received a dream that showed me a lamb in a basket being tempted by a Tazmanian Devil. It was trying to get her out of the basket by getting in the basket, but there she was. Yes, he showed me that she was not yet, but would be in the basket, which is to say covenant. I am not frantic at her antics now, though she will have some hard lessons to learn, because the Lord also knows who she is, and much more than I, about her. So, patience and persistence are gifts from the Lord, and patience can mean a long waiting.
I had to look up what a Tazmanian Devil was. It is a type of wolf animal that preys upon sheep.

This reminds me of scripture that tells us about the sea of glass in heaven, and another that tells us of the water flowing out from the heavenly temple.
Revelation 15:2
And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
Read Ezekiel 47 telling us about the healing waters issuing from the temple in heaven. I see in this the idea of the anointing that we will be immersed in, and also the baptism.
May the Lord pour out upon you clarity, discernment, great joy unspeakable. May the waters gather around you, and may you swim in that heavenly river of God.
I believe that when the glory falls upon us, that which comes from above, that we will be prostrate. We will be on our faces. In a dream I shared here, I beheld the Lord in the midst of a tent revival in Africa. When I realized I was looking into the face of love, I fainted, in the dream. I thought I had died, in whatever thought processes I had while dreaming, but I came to hearing most beautiful voices singing and praying over me as the women were ministering to me, so yes, spirit songs in languages, so beautiful that I knew the angels were also attending.
I did’nt know which blog to put this, But I want to tell someone about a dream I had in 2009. I dreamed I was going to church ,when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed there where a whole lot of cars there as this was so unusual because there has been such a falling away at my church we are trying to sell our church. I finally found a spot dead in the middle of the lot as I made my to it I literally had to drive around people they were all walking around drunk in the spirit trying to get to the front door. When I tried to get out of my truck I stood on the running board and looked around, people where lying every where on the ground leaning up against vehicles barely able to walk. I started to. hear the most beautiful singing, so I looked up when I did I could sense a lot of angels in levels I did’nt see them but I just knew they where there near the ground were smaller angels a lot bigger than us than as I looked all around there where so many angels in the second level these where seperated by a level of darkness seperated et the top of the church. Then a legion of angels so big they felt as though they where bigger than buildings above the first angels this darkness looked so evil below it was so beautiful the sun was shining. As I looked to my left there was a group of people they. all looked so beaten and battered everyone looked as if their clothing was all they owned But very happy. This man who was in the middle of them was sick I don’t know how I knew this but I just knew every one In the lot was praising god, most in their prayer language when I looked back at the small group they were praying because this man had cancer all of a sudden he started to retch very violently then he started throwing up this cancer it was the ugliest thing I had ever seen In my life It was so demonic looking.The crowd really started praising god even louder. I finally left my truck and tried to walk to the building the presence of GOD was so strong we all where having a hard time walking, When I finally got in the door I looked to my right .there where two ushers and two security police on each side off the doors people when they where finally able to get in they where throwing their tithes and offferings in two of those big wooden barrels which where full before they even went into the sanctuary.Inside the people where lying all around the outer doors and great big open areas .I finally made it to the sanctuary doors inside I went to the last seat on my left and looked right and left there where only men seated all the women where all lined up down both sides praising god in my spirit I knew what they where praying ,I looked down to the front and saw the GLORY OF GOd it was so amazing to see it came in through the ceiling it was. Soooooo BEAUTIFUL. It looked.like light that looked like water that looked like glass that was alive it was so beautiful.Just as the first ladies where about to walk into the glory The big doors opened very violently and all these young people and older people ran down the aisle screaming I WANT TO GET SAVED.Then I woke up. Comment on – The Oil of God’s Spirit Will Flow in 2016
I agree that God will be doing new things in 2016 but I’m not sure how this will unfold. And what does Donald Trump have to do with this? Trump made lots of his money through gambling casinos and realestate development and is widely known as a womanizer. He has been married and divorced several times and stated in public that he has never apologized to anyone even God. It seems to me that if God had an important message for the Christians and the world he would use a more credible spokesman. Although he did use an ass in the Old Testament.
If we can get our eyes off the vessel, we can hear God speaking through just about anyone. Like you stated, even a donkey.

It’s a juxtaposition of types…the world vs the anointing flow of the Holy Spirit to keep us sheltered and safe on our holy highway, which is to say…as my interpretation said, We are not of this, only passing through. The Donald Trump figure points to 2016. In that he is prominent in the presidential cycle has served to give us yet another voice, but he calls to rebuild and build it better, not repentance. There will be no candidate that will. But the dream was not about Donald Trump or the election, but about the anointing.
The dream identified the shabby hotel as being in Las Vegas. This is a type of the world, engulfed in sin.
We are not of it, we are passing through. What the world calls beautiful, we call shabby because it offers us nothing that we want. It operates under a different standard.
The dream is a metaphor using symbols to bring forth a message for the days ahead. We will need to look to Jesus, not a man, for our direction in days to come, No man can fix it, or ever could, so we find ourselves seeing a divide, don’t we. The world supposes we are the have nots, but we are the ones that will bear the oil, the anointing that will minister to them the truth in the end times, as the Lord leads.

I did not say the real Donald Trump gave me a message. Because in the dream this looked like Donald Trump, it gave me the distinct understanding I was in Las Vegas, passing through. I do not think that Donald Trump is holy at all. I do believe that he is causing a stir in the political circles, but I don’t have a poker in that fire. I do pray for his salvation.

Instead of spearing me for a dream, why do you not thoughtfully articulate, There is nothing in my dream or comments that support a political candidate, party, or anything else. The rest is coincidental, and the Lord is capable of bringing more light.
Now, I suggest you look up the video of Trump development in Aberdeen, Scotland from a video dealing with a buy out of a town,and a way of life, from 2008-2009 that references a film form 1983. Just something that I am reviewing right this moment.

Read your comment again, maybe you will see how you were a tad accusatory and scoffing…well anyway. I don’t have any reason to argue with you, I don’t even know you, and you don’t know me. I pray you will grow in grace and discernment and into the full measure of the stature of Christ and that God blesses you with wisdom and understanding. BTW—the scriptures are filled with women who God used as teachers, evangelist and prophetesses, for example: Phoebe was a deaconess at the church in Cenchrea. Rom 16:1. There was Euodia and Syntyche who were Paul’s fellow workers in Phil 4:2. There is Priscilla in Romans 16:3, Mary in Rom 16:6, Tryphena Rom 16:12, there were 4 daughters of Philip the evangelist who were prophetesses. Acts 21:8-9… and on and on, I think you can study this and decide for yourself if God uses women to teach today. God bless!

Sometimes “dream language” does not make sense to “the natural mind”. Also, sometimes the Holy Spirit will utilize things that seem quite odd to get our attention in “the dream world”. Those of us who have been given this type of dream have to truly take them to the LORD in prayer for understanding, confirmation and it must line up with the Scriptures (in other words, it can’t say something like: Jesus was not the Son of God. . No it can’t do that).
So, rather than being a mocker/scoffer . . . It would be exercising greater wisdom and exhibiting maturity to remain silent and to first take these things to the LORD in prayer. He may show you something you didn’t know or understand, but it takes humility to do that.
Linda: All of these visions and dreams need to be confirmed to be legit ( and I am NOT saying they aren’t ). Are we not commanded to test every spirit? Shouldn’t we make sure that what we are being told is truly from God? One of the only sure fire ways to do this is to compare what is being said with Gods word. I am not a mocker/scoffer (( is that the standard comment anyone who doesn’t agree with, or questions anything on this site; you are a mocker or scoffer of God? )). I understand these “dreams and visions” could be hard to understand – but doesn’t it muddle up the believability when the person who had the dreams gives the meaning of the dream? Shouldn’t it be confirmed by two or three? I am not trying to cause problems or stir the pot here. I am not trying to cause you or anyone else problems. You are absolutely correct in that we are to test the spirits (see the epistles of John), and that the spirits of the prophets are subject unto the prophets (1 Cor. 14). This is a deep well, and unfortunately not always utilized. Discernment (judgment) is necessary and we do have an unction according to the Word of the Lord. We must however do things orderly and within the template of the Word. Discernment comes from studying the Word of God and is relative to wisdom. Discerning of spirits is the revelatory gift that is most underutilized in this context and at times the Church suffers for it. Not all dreams are from the Lord, some are from the latent power of the soul and others are dark dreams from the enemy.The soul masquerades as the Spirit and truth is only found in the tree of life, not the tree of knowledge.The gift of interpretation is not given to all that have merely dreamed and can be viewed in a similar context as those speaking in tongues who may have interpretation or may not, as often has happened in congregational settings. Something similar was brought up on the board recently and I am reminded that we can and should study the new testament parables and interpreted dreams in the bible for reference since dreams are night parables per se and metaphorical.The Lord certainly can give a dream and it’s interpretation to one of His children, and often does. But the body has various gifts and it’s own checks and balances in His Word. So let us use wisdom and study not only for approval but for the sake of the brethren. For many false prophets are cloaked amid the sheepfold. Dreams should lead us to pray. Your point is a valid one that we should remember and consider.

Years ago I was attending Jewish temple for adult education and would attend Shabbat as work schedule would permit, for a season. On one occasion I learned how unique the rabbi was. I was beckoned by the Chumas(attendant-servant) to come to the Bemah as requested by the rabbi. I told him I didn’t know what to do, and he responded the rabbi would tell me. So, knowing already that this is unusual, I went up. The rabbi told me to stand beside the ark of Aharon and pull the curtain ropes when he nodded. So when he nodded I pulled the cords and the curtain opened revealing the Torah Ark behind it. I realized in a moment that the curtain was being opened, the veil pulled back. I nearly fainted. Visions of the cross of Christ came over me and the veil being rent. This was not a Messianic congregation! I was blessed for the understanding particularly in that setting.
Donald TRUMP…never thought of that before. He is making a lot of noise right now. This year looks to be significant. May our lamps be full!
In the dream because of the Donald Trump like person, I understood I was in the desert, in Las Vegas. That he asked about dealing, I new it was a place that gambling took place, among other things. In that the man who looked like Trump said, then when you are 16, pointing to 2016, you will bring the oil. It made me think of the juxtaposition of the rich and the poor. The Trump person, was a trumpet, or messenger in the dream. Even so, it came as a herald for 2016.
I don’t think the dream directly had anything to do with the election, except that there will be a shake up and in that calamity…and going forward we will need to press into the things of God to endure. Conceptually, had it been a different person, then the setting would have been different with a different message. See what I mean? Carly may have pointed to accountability and cold war, Rand may have pointed to fiscal issues and balance. Ben Carson to vaccines, and so on. So the dream wasn’t about Trump, the person, but a reference point to the setting.
I like what you said about the lamps being filled. i thought about that, too, how the 5 virgins were prepared, while the other virgins were not. That speaks to me of those that are true believers that take heed, and those that give lip service, naming the name, but not following Him.
Re Donald Trump: I heard a sermon by Lance Wallnau on Morninside Ministries and he spoke about Mr. Trump. He said “Donald Trump is the wrecking ball to the power of mind control in the White House. God makes sure the right heathens are risen up to speak. King Darius and Cyrus were put in office for the sake of God’s people.(common grace) They have a sense of right and wrong and have this destiny. Churchill and Lincoln went into office joking about Gid. There is an anointing on Donald Trump”. ( In quotation are my notes from the sermon). He actually then called Donald on his cell phone and prayed for him on the phone over live tv.
Wonderful news – the pouring out of the Spirit in 2016. This agrees with other messages from the Lord. I saw a miracle of transformation in front of my eyes yesterday. The power of Satan was broken over a 17 year old that my wife was ministering to. The gentle showers are coming on us now but the greater outpouring may be sooner than we think.

The Feast of Lights this year begins January 6, 2016 or within a day of it. The Jews are a month too early this year (and next) because after the destruction of the temple in 70 AD they lost some of their understanding of the sacred calendar and began marking the new year by using the first Full Moon after the spring equinox rather than the first New Moon. (For evidence on this directly from ancient historians and authorities – primary sources – start by searching “vernal equinox” in the Christian Classics Ethereal Library – ccel dot org.) Because of this the Jews today are a month too early about half the time. Personally I’m really looking forward to seeing what the Lord will do for His body, His Bride, as we transition into the time of the Oil and Light. There is an anointing for us in the Most Holy Place. Through the Blood of the Lamb the veil is thrown wide open for us.

YES!! Sister this a true word and you have spoken it forth so it can come forth! Praise God! The Lord revealed to me that John chapter 16 is for this year, 2016. Read it carefully, you’ll see it! Jesus is speaking of the Holy Spirit coming in power. Also verse 21 is interesting, a birthing… hum… John 16 also speaks to His disciples about how He will speak clearly and plainly to His disciples and impart revelation about the Father. I believe 2016 is also the year of the CLEAR word. I have had many dreams and visions about this coming move of God. It will be like nothing we have ever seen or experienced. It starts on 2016! Sarah! Before I listened to the link, a started tearing up. I could feel the anointing and zeal upon you and it was a confirmation, spirit to spirit. My heart leaps at the message of the year of the CLEAR word. This blesses me so much. I listened and understood exactly what you were speaking as if just for me.

JAW DROPPING MIRACLE happened this morning! I am in awe of God!
At 5:30 a.m. I had just seen my husband out the door and had crawled back in bed but couldn’t sleep right away. Then inside my spirit I “heard” my daughter letting out a gut wrenching cry and sobbing. I strangely enough didn’t feel the urge to pray. The words came to me to bring all my thoughts into captivity in Christ and I prayed this about 3 times and fell asleep. Two hours later I was awakened by the phone ringing and it was my daughter crying and sobbing, saying that her 7 month old puppy was acting like he had a stroke or seizure. His eyes were cross eyed and then went in different directions, and he was stunning around, very distressed and in pain. She called me after calling her dad who set up an emergency vet appointment. I started praying as I quickly got myself ready and by the time I arrived at her house, my praying had turned to taking authority over the evil one and asking God to dispatch his angels of healing to this puppy. The authority we have in Christ arose in my spirit and I knew this was a test, and that God would heal the dog. By the time I arrived, the pup’s eyes were straightening out slowly, one at a time. My daughter watched them turn and straighten out. When I prayed over the dog, his right eye was still a bit crooked and I watched the completion of the miracle as it straightened out completely. Puppy was happy and lively again and was completely normal within a few minutes!
All day yesterday the oil of anointing was going through my mind and I would have announced this dog with oil but I didn’t have to. We both felt the presence of God so near, we had shivers going through us for the next hour. It truly was jaw dropping especially when my daughter said she had let out a gut tench ing cry and then told God the dog was His to do what He wanted to. I had heard her cry TWO HOURS BEFORE she had cried out. PTL
Heidi, That is a precious testimony. God is good all the time. It’s interesting that you heard her anguish before she called and were in some way prepared. You said the you already ‘knew’ the Lord would heal the pup. Isn’t that wonderful. How much more will He do for each of us.

Karen Sue, thank you for that poem and your comments. My daughter has a broken back and is scheduled for surgery in a few days. I have been praying for her healing, which is why I believe this incident with her pup is a test. A test of trusting that God can heal her and He wanted to demonstrate His awesome power and increase her faith. Please join me in prayer for her back and that she won’t require surgery and the metal rod that is to be inserted.

Heidi, yes anointing our heads with oil. You have read that the anointing comes down from the head to the feet, which is to say the entire body. It is a personal blessing, yet it is a corporate blessing. That’s where responsibility comes in, and obedience. As the body is blessed, the oil trickles down. Think of the body fitly joined together, under the anointing, able to do all things that the Lord leads them to, more than conquerors in Christ, overcoming by the Blood of the Lamb!

In another translation it uses the words gift you, rather than gracious unto you. In that light, I believe that being gracious to us to be more than the things we need, as He knows what we need, but also that each of us have a gift, a spiritual gift waiting to be opened and used to the glory of God.
May it be said that there is a sweet anointing in the sanctuary.
Karen Sue, thank you for these words. I just reread them and saved them. I woke up the other day with ” Aaronic blessing”going through my spirit before you even spoke about it! It seems I get these phrases or specific words of knowledge that I later read about that someone else has had. God is amazing. Only by being taught by His spirit can we know the things of God. I pray daily to have the mind of Christ and to think His thoughts.

Marilee, Yes fasting and prayer! I think you had felt to fast on 12/21, as I was, and did. I am preparing to fast again on 1/1 and each month after on the first of the month. I also take the Lord’s Supper once a month.
This morning right upon waking, the words impressed upon my spirit were “He anoints my head with oil, my cup runneth over”. Then I was directed to read how Samuel anointed David with oil and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David. All day it was the oil of anointing that I was thinking about. Thank you for this post.
