Taher and his family found Jesus in Iran—and when they converted from Islam, it put the family on a dangerous path. In Iran, converting from Islam is illegal, and can mean a life of risk. Christian converts usually attend illegal house churches, which risk raids and infiltration from the secret police.
Taher was at work when the call came. The secret police were in his home, and he had to rush back to his house. He was arrested and put in prison, told to give up every Christian he knew.
