Recently, I heard the Lord speaking to many, ‘I am resetting rhythms.’
When the Lord spoke these words I could feel a sense of the change of pace, the implementation of divine strategies for longevity and strength, and a deep place of rest.
As I leaned in and listened to the Lord, I heard:
‘My people, I am resetting rhythms in many of your lives right now. I say unto you, that by My hand I am bringing a resetting and in the resetting you shall come into deeper places of REST. I say unto you, I am establishing you in the lands that I have given you and the things that I have asked you to put your hands to, and I am bringing you into new ways of doing things.
‘I say unto you, lean into Me and ask for wisdom (James 1:5). For I am giving you wisdom in moving into the new things that I have for you in this hour. For I say unto you, that there are many of you who have been in deep places of weariness and have been living in a place of fight or flight for a very long time, and I am bringing you into a deep place of peace and rest in Me in ways you have not yet known.
‘I am changing the pace in many of your lives; and I am bringing you into a place of understanding the new strategies that I have for you in partnering with Me in the building that I am bringing forth. For I say unto you, that there are many of you in this hour who have become accustomed to fast paced movement and building, and I am bringing you deeper into a slower pace with Me. And in the implementation of My wisdom in the building plans – in the shifting of pace and the shifting into new boundaries – I am bringing forth greater refreshment, strength and fruitfulness within your life and through your life.
‘I say unto you, I am quieting the running on the inside for many in this hour, as you come to Me and allow Me to reset the rhythms. For I say unto you, I am drawing you deeper into the secret place with Me to listen to that which I am speaking and the rhythms that I am resetting. I say unto you, that I am speaking in this hour with such an increase of divine strategy, and implementing the rhythms and practices of rest, stillness and solitude in your lives that is going to bring forth a greater refreshment, strengthening and empowering for the days ahead.
‘For I say unto you, that there are many who have been running on empty for a long time. For you have been living in the effects of many hard and difficult seasons and have continued to run and continued to push through, and the tiredness has become deep. For some of you, you have been crying out to Me that there is a depth of tiredness within you that physical rest alone cannot fix, and I say unto you:
‘“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me – watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
Matthew 11:28 (MSG)
‘I say unto you, I am calling you deeper into the place of abiding in Me. I say unto you, that I am breaking the heavy yokes off you as you come to Me. I am healing the deep inner parts of your hearts and souls that have caused you to run and run, and run and run. I am bringing you into a place of knowing My grace, My unforced rhythms of grace, in a deeper way. I say unto you, that it is time for many of you to learn the rhythms of My grace in a deeper way and come deeper into the understanding and manifestation of rest and deep rest in Me.
‘For I am stilling many storms within you. I am stilling many internal wars within you. Come away with Me and listen to My voice and let My presence and My Spirit minister to you deeply. I say unto you, that I am stilling the storm that has caused the constant undergirding of anxiety within you, and I am whispering to you: Trust Me, and be anxious for nothing. (Phil 4:6). I am bringing you deeper into the place of encountering Me and in My Word where you will find the waterfall of My love and Spirit wash over you again and again, and again, and bring you refreshment and strength.
‘I say to those of you who have been running for so long; come to the table, come sit and dine with Me. Exchange your running for rest and come into the deeper rhythms of grace. For I have a new way to reveal to you. I have a greater wisdom to reveal to you. It’s a new beginning of flourishing in Me and living abundantly in Me and living FROM the place of rest.
‘Where many of you have been building to hydrate, I say unto you, I am turning the tables. Hydrate then build. You live hydrated in My presence, drinking deeply, daily from the fountain of My love, My Spirit and My truth; and then you build. I have a new way, I am calling you deeper. Come deeper into the stillness. Come deeper into My wisdom as I am bringing you into a greater understanding of building FROM rest and in greater realms of My grace. I am bringing you to life in Me in greater ways. Come find deeper rest in Me. I am resetting the rhythms. Obey My strategies and My leadings. Strength, peace and rest in Me await you in the deeper rhythms I am establishing in your life – where you will move from surviving to thriving.’
