Thankfulness is a fundamental principle that we are encouraged to embrace as part of God’s will for our lives: Eph 5:20.
The giving of thanks holds immense power in our battles. It is truly a key weapon in our warfare. Unknown to many, as we offer up our thankfulness, the Lord Himself comes and envelops us in a blanket of protection.
He took me into this experience…
A while ago, praying for a friend, the Lord told me to ‘give thanks for his presence in my life,’ As I thanked the Lord for him, I suddenly saw a covering of protection come and envelope both of us. The covering was translucent and firm, and instinctively I knew it was impenetrable.
I now understand how crucial it is to give thanks in all things: our homes, families, businesses, finances, etc.

God always confirms His Word!
I’m telling you the Lord places a protective covering over whatever it is you are giving thanks for . I’ve seen it. It is a cover the enemy can’t penetrate. Do you have any idea how valuable this is?
This is a’mystery of God being revealed to us for this time and beyond… use it.
God knows we are going to need this protection in the days ahead. Learn to give thanks for everything….. I give thanks for my home, my church, my family, my pups, our health, our appliances… our finances, and especially when struggling with something, .. give thanks in it too ..
And whatever you do, do. not. murmur. and. complain. Nothing negates the protection of God faster than murmuring and complaining!
