The spirit of antichrist is arising all over the world, manifesting in the form of extreme intolerance of righteousness. Anyone defending righteous values is coming under increasingly hostile attacks.
The attacks begin with vilifying Christians, labeling their views as hate speech. Other popular labels are “racist”, “homophobe,” and “white supremacist.” Once the victims are labeled, the stage is set for all sorts of attacks, including physical, legal, and financial.
There appears to be no limits to the absurdity of the charges because this is not about truth or accuracy. It is about justifying the attacks on anyone defending righteousness because the spirit of antichrist hates the spirit of God. Even people who have written books opposing white supremacy are being labeled as white supremacists, including African Americans.
The hypocrisy is amazing. While claiming to stand for extreme tolerance and inclusiveness, the unrighteous do the exact opposite by practicing extreme intolerance and exclusiveness. While claiming to oppose hate speech, they commit the most hateful crimes against innocent people. While claiming to oppose racism, they attack others based solely on their race.
As shown in the 6-minute video below, 18-year-old Madeline was fired from her job over her views on same-sex marriage. As a Christian living in Australia, she publicly revealed on Facebook she planned to vote no in the same-sex marriage postal survey. She was fired on Sunday via a Facebook message in which she was told “homophobic views being made public are detrimental to the business.”
She was fired by Madlin Sims, a businesswoman who runs a party entertainment company. Sims posted a blunt message to Facebook this week announcing she had a staff member go.
“Today I fired a staff member who made it public knowledge that they feel ‘it’s okay to vote no”.
Advertising your desire to vote no for SSM is, in my eyes, hate speech. Voting no is homophobic. Advertising your homophobia is hate speech.
As a business owner I can’t have somebody who represents my business posting hate speech online.”
The antichrist spirit is using homosexuality to justify attacking Christians, which is ultimately what this is all about. In the United States, Massachusetts was the first state to approve homosexual marriage in 2003, just 14 years ago. So, it’s amazing to see how fast this spirit has advanced throughout the world since then.
Even more amazing is how many Christians think it’s all going to magically just go away, the trend is going to reverse and it’s all going to be great. Among those who recognize that’s not going to happen, many are holding onto the hope that the rapture will deliver them from the coming persecution. Both groups will be disappointed because the trend is not reversing and the rapture is not coming until after the tribulation.
Increased persecution is coming soon as the beast is now arising from the sea. It’s already recorded in Bible prophecies, which must be fulfilled before the Lord returns. (Revelation 6:9-11)
Ultimately, we must realize we have only one solution, one place of refuge from the storm. We must learn how to enter and remain in the secret place of the Most High because in that place, the battle is not ours. God will fight for us.
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. (Psalm 91:1-2)
