We are entering a very complicated moment for the Body of Christ. The word EXPOSURE has been used by almost every prophetic voice and with good reason as that has been the season we are in. We have all known it is necessary.
The “complicated moment” comes when EXPOSURE gets too close to home. Now no longer just the exposure of someone you knew was bad or evil– that you are glad is finally exposed, but now someone you thought was good or even real good. Cognitive dissonance, denial and even anger become knee-jerk reactions. It can create in-fighting among those previously friendly with each other as sides get chosen based on who believes the exposure and who does not.
Just to complicate things an occasional false accuser will arise during the season of EXPOSURE and someone will go unnecessarily through hell. That, of course, is the enemy doing what he does, hoping that the passion for stopping a rare potential false exposure will be so sweeping and so strong that no more of his assets will get “outed”. We all have to grow up here.
On June 30th, I received and gave a word that we were about to have many of our most famous in the Body of Christ exposed as sexual deviants, pedophiles and even human traffickers. As to what does “many” mean, the number I actually got from the Lord was 50. 50 well-known “Christian” individuals. That is a lot.
It is representative of hundreds of not-so-well-known predators in the pulpits that are also to face exposure. I had no idea what I was about to discover in short order. The first 10 “big” names alone that I have FIRST-HAND testimony of is shocking. It is not my present assignment to name the names but I will say I have found all the victims/survivors credible with some being VERY credible. (Not only that, with what I am telling you Elizabeth is in 100% agreement and she is the more renowned discerner).
Remember we have walked through these types of waters actually multiple times with a huge one being thirty years ago (we told about it two weeks ago on the Elijah Streams). It adds up to scores of victims and many, many pastors. Now with the advantage of many years having passed, we can think of not even one of those having been a “false accusation” though in EVERY case that was what the victim/survivor was accused of.
For someone brave enough to come forward and testify, the risks and the embarrassment are often so great that it requires huge courage to step forward. Having said that, I do recognize that at the national governmental level, false accusers have been paid and perhaps even mind-altered to do so. MK Ultra is still a real thing and has to be considered a possibility in very significant cases. However, it usually falls apart under serious examination as do the cases where outside political motivation and funding come into place. What is being exposed so far is not about those dynamics.
I can already look ahead and see that this storm of exposure that has already started is going to reset the church as we know it. I won’t try to speak too much into that right now but will do so in time. The exposures will ultimately reveal to us much of what has to change at a very foundational level.
Churchianity will be done away with.
A whole new expression of the church will arise and it will be marked by His Presence, His power and His authenticity. Fear of the Lord will return not because it is being preached so much but because the Holy Spirit and His power will be so present that He will do the convicting. We are going to be upgraded to relevance.
Until then I want to challenge everyone to embrace as much spiritual maturity as possible. We are going to need it on many fronts. The good news is that on the other side of this immediate moment is a roaring harvest.
