There is no doubt in my mind that the harlot is the United States. The new institution is the scarlet colored beast that she will ride. Check out the book of Amos where the prophet is to marry a whore to illustrate Israel (nation) who departed from the living God. Israel changed from a covenant relationship to a whore. The United States has done the same thing. Our nation had followed after God but has transformed into Mystery Babylon.
