The church. The church. The American church. There is a cancerous quandary, within you. This problem is none other than the many forms of distraction.
I was given a dream in the wee hours of the morning of December 3 2016. It was my wedding day for me and my wife. (Now, I am currently married to my wife for a year and half.) My wife, in the dream was already at the venue where we were getting married, in her beautiful dress, waiting on me to arrive. In this dream, I knew I had to be at my wedding at a certain time, or I wouldn’t be allowed to get married. The guests were also waiting for me to arrive.
The dream shifted, and I was in my car running my errands to get ready for my wedding. The first thing I did was get my haircut. As I was getting my haircut, I found myself getting caught up in some foolish conversation, which set me back even more. I was too busy chatting with the boys cutting my hair. I knew I had gotten side tracked, so I started to get frustrated with myself, and I began to pick up the pace.
Next, when it was time for me to get dressed, I began to get side tracked again. I couldn’t decide what color I wanted to wear so I kept talking to different people, arguing over it. (In my real life wedding, I wore white and gold.) When I finally decided what to wear and got dressed, I knew I was running really late, so I hopped in the vehicle, being even more frustrated with myself. I knew I had only a very short time to get there.
Now while I was driving in the car, the dream shifted to where I could see my wife and the guests standing at my destination waiting on me. While driving, I decided to take a short cut, because I thought I knew a faster way. Many of you married women reading this can relate because your husband does this too. The short cut involved going down a back street behind the wedding venue, taking an elevator, and getting their fast.
When I pulled my vehicle into this place, I could see through the walls, so I could see my wife on the other side, but I also saw the elevator and the building layout. The elevator did not go anywhere near my wedding. As a matter of fact, it was owned by a company who had nothing to do with my wedding. I realized I couldn’t go through the front doors or anywhere in this building to get to the venue because I couldn’t get to my wedding this way. I now had to turn around, and go the long way, through busy traffic. As I turned my automobile around, I saw my wife put her head down. I knew I had missed my wedding. I instantly woke up.
A Call to Action, Not Distraction:
The first thing I said when I woke up. “Lord, I am sorry for not being ready for the wedding.”
God said to me, “Many in the church are not ready for my Son’s return, because they are too easily distracted.”
In the dream, I started off with plenty of time, but as the dream went on I wasted time. Foolish division is one of the biggest distractions in the body. God said he would separate the sheep from the goats, but many of us have separated ourselves. Division is rising in the body of Christ and causing a civil war to brew. Many of us are going to miss the wedding, because we have become argumentative stumbling blocks to the Body of Christ.
We are not doing God any service when: 60% of pastors watch porn (Rick Wilies Radio), 50% of professing believers believe in some sort of abortion (Bill Bunkley Raido), 66% of professing Evangelicals base their morality of their feelings (Barna Group), churches have openly homosexual, adulterating, fornicating leaders, we don’ t know what bathroom to use, we have naked cowboys sing in the church, along with worship leaders acting like strippers, folks chasing Pokémon instead of Jesus, …etc, and our response is: round Earth vs flat Earth, celebrating Christmas vs not celebrating Christmas, Saturday worship vs Sunday worship vs Tuesday worship, Jesus vs Yeshua…etc.
We spend hours arguing the shape of the earth, but won’t put this same effort into demanding an end to abortion from our leaders. We will argue and demand other believers accept false doctrine such as The Mandela Effect (the idea that Satan went back in time and altered the Bible), but won’t demand our pastors discuss relevant issues, such as “Spirit Cooking,” let alone sin.
I was also distracted by trying to take a short cut. We cannot take short cuts. Many want the same level of discernment and gifts other believers have, but they don’t want to put the work into achieving it. We cannot read the bible and meditate on God’s word for five minutes, and then turn around and complain because we don’t have what other saints who have spent consistent hours studying and meditating with God. God is giving us test after test to get us where we need to be in our relationship with Him, but many are failing because they are too easily distracted and taking short cuts.
We don’t have much time left before our Lord and Savior’s return. The Lord said to me, “You can be replaced. I will have the rocks cry out if you do not praise me.”
God also says, “I have people ready to go for Me. The time Joel spoke of is here, and more is to come. These individuals have passed their test, and they will do great things for Me. If you squander your opportunities, your talents will be given to those with more.”
Let’s not waste the time or opportunities given to us. It doesn’t have to take a mushroom cloud over a U.S. city for us to be about the Father’s business. This is a time for action, not distraction. I believe we are on borrowed time. We need to make the best of this time before Barack Obama comes to full power as the Anti-Christ and hunts us Christians down like players on “Call Of Duty.” When that day comes, I don’t think anyone will care if the Earth is round or flat.

My eyes are barely opened this morning, but because of the revelations that were poured out to me through out the night I had to just get up and write. “Write,” the LORD JESUS said to me; “Write.” “Write everything that I tell you to write and do not stop unless I tell you to stop writing.” So here I am writing. Coffee at my right side and some very serious spiritual warfare music playing softly in the background.
I don’t know about you guys, but I try to get on my knees as soon as my eyes are open in the morning. I run to the restroom if I need, but I try as soon as possible to be on my knees in front of the Throne of God. There is POWER in sitting in the presence of God. There is a special blessing that is delivered to those who begin their day at Jesus’s nail scarred feet! I know it. I feel it. I just don’t want to begin my day any other way. It takes discipline too, friends. It takes discipline if you have a DIFFERENT morning routine.
If you are one who goes straight to the coffee pot and pushes the DRIP BUTTON, then you have to go and scan your phone for the morning headlines, I caution you to ask Jesus to help you get a new routine. THERE REALLY IS A BLESSING FOR SEEKING HIM AS SOON AS YOUR EYES OPEN! Just try it for 2 weeks and try and prove me wrong. ☺
Today I want to share 3 simple things that I learned while I was in the Throne Room last night. Just 3 little things. I pray that this posting does bless you too!
1.) Cover the most precious things in your life with JESUS’S BLOOD—every day too! What the LORD JESUS CHRIST shared with me as I sat in the Throne Room is that satan’s plans are very simple if you step back and look at them from a distance. His goal is to slowly methodically pick apart every precious thing that the LORD has blessed you with. For example, if you are married and have children and you are living for the LORD, the enemy will systematically OVER TIME chisel away at your marriage, your relationships with your children, and your finances. He does the same tactics over and over again because he does not have a creative bone in his body. He actually is a CREATURE OF HABIT and does things habitually. It is up to the children of God to KNOW THE WORD and proclaim it over their lives. Here is how I often do this…
I say out loud in the morning that THIS IS THE DAY THAT MY LORD JESUS HAS MADE. I WILL REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT! I CLAIM THE WORD OF GOD OVER MY PRECIOUS CHILDREN…EACH OF THEM…I PROCLAIM THAT BC I HAVE TRIED MY HARDEST TO TRAIN UP MY CHILDREN IN THE WAYS OF THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY THAT WHEN THEY ARE OLDER THEY WILL NOT DEPART FROM THEM! I ALSO CLAIM THAT TODAY NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST MY CHILDREN OR THEIR BOYFRIENDS OR MY SON’S GIRLFRIEND WILL PROSPER! I ALSO CLAIM AMOS 3:3 OVER MY MARRIAGE THIS MORNING, DEAR LORD. UNLESS MY SPOUSE AND I ARE UNITED IN OUR PURPOSE WE CANNOT WALK TOGETHER FOR YOUR GLORY! I JUST BEGIN COVERING EVERYTHING WITH JESUS’S BLOOD! SOMETIMES I PUT A SECOND COVERING OVER EVERYTHING TOO, BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT THAT IS NOT NECESSARY BC JESUS’S BLOOD IS LIKE CRYPTONITE TO THE ENEMY! ONE COATING IS PLENTY!
2.) The second thing that I want to share is that the enemy is using the deeper revelations of God to bring confusion to the Body of Christ. You may say to yourself “HOW IN THE WORLD IS HE DOING THAT?” This is a no-brainer if you ask me. I have lost more fb friends over prophecy than anything else! When the LORD JESUS CHRIST delivers to His servants deeper revelations, just know that not all revelations are for everyone! Nope. Some revelations are sent out from the LORD GOD to open up areas of our hearts to grow our faith. Just because you read a revelation doesn’t mean that it was written for you. No, just the opposite. As you are reading the title quickly ask yourself if reading the posting or watching a video will truly benefit you. Sometimes when we are in a big hurry we take in a lot of information that we probably don’t need to. We need to be careful to filter what it is that we are reading because the enemy will begin spewing lies at you as soon as you begin reading if you are not fully walking in the Spirit. He will begin whispering lies to you that this person is a raging lunatic and that he or she needs to get in touch with reality. This is a very common tactic of the enemy. He loves to WHISPER….whispering all day long into the ears of God’s precious children. This is how his conversation began with EVE. So when you feel a barrage of negativity coming upon you just pull yourself away from whatever it is that you are doing and begin to speak the name of the Father of Truth and that person is Jesus Christ our King Eternal!!!
3.) We must really spend our quiet time in the Word! We must diligently seek to study the Word of God to show ourselves approved unto God (not others, but approved unto God). *Jesus does record in heaven how much time we spend sharpening our Swords (reading our Bibles). He also spoke to me that there are 2 versions that should be used to settle any Bible disputes amongst believers and these 2 Bible versions are the Geneva Bible and the King James Bible. Now I am sharing this revelation cautiously because everyone has their two cents that they want to add about which Bible translation is the best. I am not here to debate anything like that. I am just sharing what I heard as I sat in the presence of the LORD JESUS CHRIST this morning. If you have an NIV Bible or a NLT Bible, or a Message Bible, I am not saying that those Bibles are right or wrong, as I have a few translations in my own small library, but I am simply sharing the wisdom that I learned from the LORD.

She looked at first like my deceased sister from a distance. Matt, thanks for sharing this. This is so for me. I was doing just fine before the election. I was fasting, praying and worshipping the Father until a few days before Thanksgiving. I got distracted with the holidays and been distracted since then. About six months ago I gave up tv, end of Oct I gave up FB even though I only use FB to post Bible verses, devotionals or positive messages. My biggest distraction now is my cell. I use it for reading prophecy news or prophecy radio but that has also been a distraction. Three days ago I begin to fast, pray, and worshipping again and reading the Bible. Need to stay focus on the Father. I sometimes miss the old days, everything was so much simpler. We didn’t have all the things we have now and we survive just fine. You have give me motivation to start memorizing some of the Psalms, thank you for that. God bless you!

Matt thank you very much for a comical take on a very important issue that is threatening to keep God’s people from focusing on seeking first the kingdom of our Lord. I agree that some of the things we argue about are trivial eg flat earth vs round earth as you stated. However, based on some of the debates and questions from some people on this site, I see that there is much disagreement and contradictions regarding the word of God. Are we not to be in agreement on something as fundamental as God’s word which is life itself? Of course witnessing to others and being co-labourers with The Lord is of uttermost importance, however, Jesus Himself states that man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word of the living God. I am also reminded of this vital passage of scripture:
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15).
Satan is shrewd and he knows the word of God inside out. He also understands the correct interpretation of the Word and uses this to his advantage to deceive many Christians who he knows do not fully or correctly understand scripture. How can we guard against deceptions in these last days if so many subscribe to false doctrine which is most often error mixed with some truth? This is how the enemy operates best. This is why God admonishes us to study and correctly divide the Word of truth. I hope this comment is not misconstrued but I am greatly concerned based on some of the comments I’ve read on multiple posts. What’s worse, whenever anyone disagrees with another (and I’m guilty of this myself), we get frustrated and down arrow each other (lol) when really, we should all be aiming to learn from each other and be prepared to swallow our pride whenever error is pointed out. This is true humility. In my own example, my church doesn’t really practice speaking in tongues, however, since I was a little girl I’ve always desired to have a deeper understanding of the workings of the Holy Spirit and last year I prayed to God for the gift of speaking in tongues and I received that gift. Many SDA’s look down on Pentecostals for this very reason, however I sought God on the issue myself and was ready to do away with old church tradition and to follow what I knew to be true.
I agree that communication and discussion about Scripture and issues is good.
As in everything, BALANCE is needed so that our entire focus is not on those discussions alone.

Amen Peggy I agree wholeheartedly! I will also add that do every vision, every dream, every prophetic utterance etc should be examined in light of God’s Word. Ultimately our greatest weapon against the enemy is the sword of the spirit which is the word of God. Without proper understanding of the Word the enemy gains the advantage over God’s people.
May I share a dream I had back in 2010? I saw a huge tree trunk coming down from the sky. It was enormous and over the whole Earth. There were clouds all around the bottom and fire flashing and lighting from the clouds. I then saw roots coming from the bottom that were smooth, pretty and light in color. They spread all around the earth. Seconds later, dark, gnarly, ugly roots came out from the bottom and spread out over the earth, tangling themselves in with the good roots until they all connected together. I thought to myself, “Oh, World wide web, and Internet.” Curious how we choose our words, I thought. I then heard an authoritative voice speak. “Man’s knowledge is foolishness to God”. “Behold”. I then watched in amazement as the fire flew out of the clouds and consumed the roots. The sky was on fire! I woke up and said, ‘God is going to burn it down, The electronic Tower of Babel is going down! The End

i have a brilliant idea one which the OP would be wise to take into consideration! instead of dealing with distractions how about the church stop listening to all of the different gospels around I.E.-prosperity gospel, name it and claim it gospel, deal with the false apostles, prophets and teachers within itself and boot them out unless they repent of the outright lies they peddle and go back to the original from the beginning gospel that was preached and that is as paul put it beautifully and simply Christ and him crucified! nothing more nothing less just that then deal with the distractions as you put it and i can guarantee the mountain will be less than a mole hill.
Brothers I think not only the “american church” is affected it is all western civilization christian churches that goes bad: marrying gay couples, prosperity evangelism, strange preaches, occultism involved, too much infiltration too.
I believe maybe the most sanctified chruch of christ right now are in Asia and Africa, they don’t have entertainment at all and are paying his faith with their lives in much cases

btw, Matt, do you stand by your poem? Concerning Obama being the last US-president and multiple desasters including a meteorite striking in 2017? Just want to make sure, because when/if Trump is inaugurated I really wouldn´t appreciate an explanation like „well, that was just a figure of speech lol“.
Hermann many people read the poem thinking a meteorite and all the other stuff will hit in 2017, but the poem says 2017 AND BEYOND. God didn’t give me the year for a lot of these things. The meteorite strike, city destruction,…etc could take place anytime during 2017, 2018, 2019,…etc
When it comes to Obama, I believe he is the Antichrist. I have also stated in the comment section under various articles, I am a firm believer if enough people pray, and/or repent God can mitigate the damage, not allow the damage, or go full steam ahead. A week before the election the Lord told me there are more people praying and fasting than I thought. I had questioned the Lord about it, because Rick Wiles of TruNews, called for a 21 day fast up to the election. He was constantly giving updates, and one night he gave an update stating a million people were participating. This is when I questioned the Lord about this, because I didn’t believe this many people were praying. The Lord gave me my answer a couple of days later. He told me there are more people praying and repenting than I thought. I had to repent, because I got like Elijah in a sense, where he thought he was the only one left, and Jezebel destroyed everyone. God had 7,000 put back. (At the time I was only looking at the same lukewarm churches and Christians doing Halloween). God told me what about your neighbor a few doors down, or in a different building in my apartment complex? I posted this same word the night before the election Nov 8, on another post. I now believe there are enough (I don’t know what numerical value God considers enough, read story of Lot) people still praying and fasting God has heard them, and if they keep this up til January 20, 2017 God will allow Trump to get into the White House. I also believe once in the WH, God then will use Trump to take America on a different route to destruction. I have given 2 updates on my poem, and how they were filled to tee of each stanza, but when an unknown amount of people prayed and fasted, something shifted and cause the timing to change. They have tried everything to steal this election, but it has failed. This can’t be nothing but God. There has to be an “X” amount of people praying and/or fasting for this. I know we haven’t made it to Jan 20 yet, but up until now I believe God is doing something. I desire no one should perish, so I too have been praying for a peaceful transition. The possibility is still there for the election to be taken from Trump, but I have learned to be open to God going a different route.
I also believe the cities being destroyed, diseases, Earthquakes, famine, meteorite strike, martial law will happen, just like the poem says, but at a different time.

You know, if there´s a prophecy given concerning an upcoming event which will go either one way or the other on a certain date (for example: who is the head of state in your country in the evening hours of January 20th 2017), it seems to be a rather concrete matter. Speaking of matter: I wasn´t necessarily under the impression that a concrete word from the Lord is like Heisenbergs quantum physics, wherein the cat in the box is dead and alive until someone opens the box to find out. Don´t get me wrong: The Lord might say „You better fear for that cat“, but doesn´t „The cat will be found dead“ have a more objectively measurable outcome?
As a German I would certainly like to hear a hypothetical prophecy like „With the results of the election in September 2017 a new chancellor will come“, but if Mama Merkel is still haunting us at the end of the year and all this prophet has to say is: „God just took another route“, shouldn´t I raise an eyebrow?
However, thanks to all contributors for their courage and efforts and especially Mr. Bailey for his work on the Z3-project. But there´s a lot of „diversity“ in the prophecies floating around, so I suggest to identify an upcoming marker while making a list and checking it twice (and not only because ist almost Christmas). I mean, one should at least think about the point, at which a message or messenger is to be rather neglected (which is still more polite than in Ye Olde Testament).These are just my two Euro-cents…

I can empathize with your concerns about all the diverse and sometimes conflicting prophetic words. It can be difficult to wade through all that.
Personally, I am grateful these brothers and sisters have the courage to publish what they believe they hear/see from the Lord, even at the risk of getting it wrong. Thankfully, we are under grace now and do not need to fear death by stoning any more. However, not to make light of the matter, we all must fear the Lord. And if we are wrong, may we find the grace to humbleness.
We cannot put all of the responsibility on them alone, tho. But every one of us is personally tasked with the responsibility of judging the veracity of prophetic utterances, and seek the Lord about them. I like the way Paul put it…
1Cor 14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge. 30 If [any thing] be revealed to another that sits by, let the first hold his peace. 31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
It does seem odd if/when Donald Trump is inaugurated that God would have given one prophetic word to some of his body and a different prophetic Word to others in his body.

The Bible does not say the antichrist comes from Europe, but even if it did, Obama would qualify because his financial backing comes from European elite promoters of the new world order like George Soros and the Rothschild family. He works for them, not for us. They stay behind the scenes, but they are “his people.”
If Obama strikes a peace deal with Israel and her neighbors in the next few weeks the Muslims would welcome him with open arms to set up his peace-keeping UN Military HDQTRS anywhere he asked with the hope he (The Assyrian?) would break the agreement in 3 1/2 years. James, I agree the Bible doesn’t say the A/C comes from Europe but in Daniel God tells us ten kingdoms will rise out of the fourth beast which most believe to be the old Roman Empire and that the A/C (little horn) rises from the ten which suggests that the A/C will have his origins in the territory of the old Roman Empire. Daniel also tells us that Antiochus Epiphanes is a forerunner of the A/C, a man that ruled the Syria-Iraq territory. The A/C is also called The Assyrian several places in scripture. The countries he attacks appear to be all Muslim and neighbors of Israel as seen in Ez.38,39; Ps.83. We are also told the the King of the South (Sunnis) will attack the King of the North (Shiites), Dan. 40, which happening as we speak. As we see the European Union starting to disintegrate and with an understanding that Germany and Northern Europe were never part of the old Roman Empire and with Syria and Iraq becoming very prominent in the news every day the origins of the A/C becomes VERY clear. Isn’t it time to stop being so western-centric and understand that most Bible prophesy is about Israel and her neighbors. When you realize that if Germany couldn’t conquer Russia in four years then how will the A/C conquer the world in 3 1/2 years? The coming nuclear exchange will neutralize the West, Russia and China setting the stage for Bible prophesy to kick in.

The fact that his ancestry is from there fits. After he completes his assignment here, he will rise to power in that area.

If so we are closer to the end than most believe. This might explain why Obama has secretly been generous to Iran and cold to Israel. This would make Obama a candidate for King of the North, The Assyrian or A/C! Babylon is in Iraq with one of America’s largest embassies, some say the largest! Now if Obama approves the UN’s Middle East peace treaty he could be sent there to administer the “peace”. Hernan, there are theories aplenty as to who the antichrist is but this is what I have understood from my own study of prophecy and its what makes the most sense to me based on all the other theories that exist today. USA has not too much to do in the final days, I don’t know why but if their presidents are the most powerful men in this world today it will be no longer anymore in God’s time. Herman, I agree, the US doesn’t play a role in Bible prophesy. On the other hand, I do think the Pope has a role to play. I agree with Terry Bennett that the Pope will lead a hybrid, false religious combo of Islam, Judaism and Christianity during the A/C’s rise to power but will be replaced by beast worship when the A/C and FP come on the scene in Rev. C.13.

It is very easy to see that Facebook and the Internet in general is used as a distraction. Everyday I come across a religious discussion/argument that has gone haywire. Satan sends an agent in to make a simple statement/ post a meme/ ask a ridiculous question/ force an issue or law, etc… and everybody freaks out. Reading the trail of posts helps with discerning who has a Leviathan vs. Jezebel vs. Religious, etc… spirit though! Lol

Brother Matt, your dream is at once comical—the way the bridegroom got distracted on the way to his own wedding, and even got lost taking a shortcut, which I can relate to—but of course it is very sobering. The main thing of course the church getting ready for the LORD’s return. And I confess I recently got caught up in one of the things you mentioned—Saturday:vs:Sunday worship. I should not have, but we often want to defend our cherished beliefs. But the main thing should always be the main thing, and we should SOMEHOW maintain the unity of the faith, especially since the judgments are about to fall. Praise the lord!!! I want to caution everyone… Over and over again. I read he who endures to the end. He who overcomes. I know what I’m about to say is controversial… I say it with a lot of love. Understanding we know in part and look through the glass darkly. If things don’t play out as you’ve been taught or understand. Are you ready to die for your faith? He who try’s to save his life will lose it and he who loses his life will save it. The 5 wise virgins had not just oil in their lamps but extra oil to sustain them through the long night. There’s a long night ahead. Maybe part of that extra oil is being armed with the truth of his word and willing to die for it or stand for it in the face of death. Not being disillusioned if the rescue mission(rapture) doesn’t play out the way you believe it should. Or when you think it should for gods ways are higher than our ways and his thoughts higher than ours. I think we live in exciting times. And scary times. But we will overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. Great article Matt!
It is simply a false narrative to say time is running out for the believers to leave the country and that all Christians will be martyrs. This message of fear is not what Paul preached who said we are not appointed to wrath. Even Jesus said, Watch ye therefore and pray always that ye may be accounted worthy to escape ALL these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the Son of Man, Luke 21:36. For God hath not appointed us to wrath but to salvation…Comfort yourselves with these words. I Thes.5:9,11.
Bob, it seems a common thing for believers to get the two words ‘wrath’ and ‘tribulation’ mixed up. As believers, we all must endure a degree of ‘tribulation’. And many will have to go through part of this great tribulation, because they took shortcuts in the time they should have been enduring trials. Matt 24:29 says and ‘immediately after the tribulation of these things’ the wrath of God comes.
Also, you reference Luke 21:36. I spent some time on that verse just the other night. The meaning of the word ‘pray always’ means to ‘bind oneself to’ or be ‘knit to’ in the sense of marriage.
In other words, it is a committed life of being bound to the Lord in continual (always) fellowship with Him. We actually have to LOVE the Lord with ALL our life.
It so applies to Matt’s vision, because the majority of Christians only ‘bind to’ the Lord for a couple hours on Wednesday and Sunday, which is not enough to qualify for the promise of Luke 21:36.
But we can all avail ourselves of that promise. Obey the words of this vision, don’t waste your time with this life – it will be done soon.
Yes, Cie, many are the trials of the righteous but the Lord delivers us through them all. If I ever found myself in THE tribulation I would expect the Lord to deliver me through it because He promised us He would and the chastisement of my peace was upon Him. But I don’t expect to even smell the smoke of the tribulation.

Bridget, it’s a matter of proportions. Some have said the doors are closing and we might not be able to leave the country in a year or two. First of all that’s a very American-centered point of view. What about the people of other countries who want to migrate to the US? How many families have the resources to start over in another country or even speak a foreign language, 1%? What percentage of the Christian population over the past 2,000 years have been martyred, 1%? Dumitru Duduman who wrote the book Going Through the Fire Without Burning said God will protect His children just as He protected the three Hebrew boys in the fiery furnace of Daniel.
Guild, just this past Saturday night I was having some prayer and Holy Spirit fellowship time with our 13- and 15- year old son and daughter and we discussed the parable of the virgins, and how it applies to the times we are living in…and what it takes to keep our lamps filled with oil so that we are not turned away from the feast. Excellent word of confirmation Matt. God showed me a similar dream where I re-married my husband (we were already married in reality). I was getting ready for my wedding, checking in with my husband as to what he desired in our intimacy. I was receiving gifts of precious wines and oils (reminded me of Revelation 6 – where it reads don’t touch the wine and the oil). Meanwhile in the dream my sister was being very laid back about my wedding day. She kept saying we have a lot of time…what’s the rush. My mom (who seemed to play the role of the Holy Spirit) kept warning my sister to get ready, it may seem like we have time but there is a lot to prepare. Come on get ready!
When I awoke the Lord shared that it takes time to prepare yourself for marriage. You just cannot wake up one day and say I’m getting married. You must make all the special preparations, look at Esther. We must prepare our hearts, minds and spirits to receive our Bridegroom. He’s returning for a church without spot or wrinkle. This preparation takes time…we must be processed into His image and likeness – AMEN.

Matt, I had a similar dream this past year where this couple were getting ready for their wedding day. I was there helping the bride prepare everything as she wanted it to look. She had me outside putting down brick pavers like a path, she was barking orders to do this and to do that, at one point I went inside the church and all the guest were seated and the music had started and the groom was waiting on his bride I went back outside and told her she had no more time left to fix anything but she was still trying to anyway. I went back inside and she had told this kids to give the guest some hymn books, but the kids were just throwing them at the guest in a hurry. I went back out and told her they are ready, it is time. You see the bride was on the outside of the church and could not see what was going on inside the church even though I told her it has started she still was wanting to decorate, that was more important then making the groom wait and her guest. God showed me the groom here is Jesus and the bride is the church. God showed me we have no more time for moving chairs on a sinking ship. The church is all about show even the music a lot of time is not about him. The bride is so concerned about what things look like on the outside that we completely forget about what is going on, on the inside. It should be about the heart of God our relationship with Christ. The brick path the bride was making me work so hard on is just the church thinking it needs all these programs to get people to come to church, when all they need is Jesus and a heart change and Jesus can do the rest. Jesus is ready to start the wedding are you?

Matt – Thank you for this important & timely Word. It resonates with me because I had a conversation yesterday where a friend & I were discussing how much “news” is truly fake where the Elites are putting it out to manipulate our minds, emotions, thoughts & beliefs to program us for the cashless society, the chip/Beast system, one government, one religion, one currency, vilification of anyone that goes against these goals, etc. If I know where things are headed, why am I wasting precious time getting the “play by play” details? It doesn’t matter. I can skip the daily tragedies, terrorism, arson, global economic fragility articles, efforts to depopulate people & animals from our planet, efforts to control the world’s water & food supply to enslave us, lies to set us up for the Great deception with aliens & a fake Rapture, etc, & put my energy towards SUBSTANCE – reading Scripture, praying, interceding, tapping into my Spiritual strength & spending time drawing close to our Father.
If I fast forward a year from now, I will not care that I missed 15 news stories that are examples of what I know is coming but I will regret not being closer to the Lord while in the midst of what I & many believe, will be the test of our lives. Additionally I realized that by giving time to THEM, the Satan-worshipping, dregs of society, power-hungry, greedy, morally bankrupt Elites with their propaganda posing as “news”, this is TIME & ENERGY I can not give to God. Does that not make it a MUCH EASIER choice of where we SHOULD be spending our time?

I have recently made a commitment to myself, to try and learn as many Psalms by heart. Thus far I know Psalms 1,2,11,15,23,27,29,100, and121 by heart.

I’m thinking adding Matthew 25: 1-13 would also be a good idea since I woke this morning to the phrase, “Time to trim your wicks and get your lamps ready.” Message delivered by Michael. I was struck by what an old-fashioned term “trim your wicks” was and instantly knew this referred to the wise and foolish women waiting for their bridegroom (Jesus). We do indeed need to stop arguing over small points of doctrine (like the logs in our eyes which need to be removed) and draw close to our Lord for all time and pray that we are worthy with clean hands and a pure heart of love for those around us — both the lovely and unlovable.

Matt this is an excellent word! It goes right to the very core of everything that we believe on this website. We are so distracted with so many things the Mary syndrome instead of the Martha syndrome. There are so many thoughts and anxieties and worries that seek to rob us of that precious time with the Lord Jesus. I know that I am very guilty of this as I really enjoyed reading Z3 and listening to the prophetic words given. Thank you Matt once again for the gentle spanking. I think we all need a dose of reality of what is important for eternity and what is temporal. Let us choose to be a Martha and sit at the feet of Jesus.

Can’t get to say this enough, it’s been so new and so freeing.
Like sitting and walking inside Jesus. So the prophecies don’t become the big thing-Jesus is. The negative thoughts and sins that have been prevailing in this mature Christian’s life for so such a while have gone as Jesus responds instead to ungodliness and imperfection of those around. So that people get to see Jesus and can become freed and healed.
I can’t remember Scripture verses.But I can walk inside and beside Jesus.

I am in total agreement with you , Matt, but it is not just the American church, it is the church of Jesus Christ the world over! To me, the biggest distraction of Christians today is Facebook. For the life of me I cannot figure out what is so attractive about Facebook. If believers were to spend as much time with Jesus and in the Word as they do on FB their lives would be different. Even pastors have fallen prey to this distraction. Social media on the whole is a tool of Satan to distract us.
Many of us are not ready for the return of the Lord, but we must all work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. I always say we major on the minors and minor on the majors. What is not important to God is of the utmost importance to us and so we miss what God is really saying to us and the direction in which He is leading. For instance, so many are caught up in who the antichrist is and are not concerned about who the real Christ is and what He requires of them.
The church is in a sad state but God always has a remnant and He is coming back for a church that is without spot or wrinkle.
Even though Facebook can be used for Good, Facebook has become a breading ground for these arguments.

Daniel tells us where the AC comes from: a lion(England) will have it’s Eagle(US) wings ripped off and later a lion will stand up as a man and a man’s mind is given to it. See the Prince’s Coat of arms for the standing lion king, the same prince that stated that he will be known as the defender of all faiths, i.e. savior of the world. Daniel also tells us he will put himself above every gods/God.
Revelation also tells us that the Beast that consumes the whole world(UN) will have a lion’s mouth and the number of the beast is the number of a man. This lion beast man of Daniel.

If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness 1 John 1 v8-9.Say aloud that you renounce this difficulty. Then wait for God to help you in this. If you fail, you get back up, because He will help you to GROW into His likeness.
