A newly discovered document reveals the FDA was aware of the dangers of COVID-19 “vaccines” from the very beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, but they hid them from us by omitting any mention of them in their public documents. The document is an SEC Registration submitted by a German company, BioNTech SE, on December 31, 2019. Like Moderna and Pfizer, BioNTech SE produces an mRNA gene modification product called iNeST, which is similar to the COVID-19 “vaccines”. These products are commonly known as gene therapy rather than gene modification to avoid calling attention to the dangers of modifying our genetic code, but that’s exactly what they do.
The BioNTech SE document was submitted to the SEC at about the same time as the first reports of COVID-19 started coming from China, proving that even before any COVID-19 “vaccines” were developed, the FDA was fully aware that mRNA products are gene modification products, as stated on page 16, “Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA.”
The FDA’s awareness that mRNA is gene therapy is very important because, as shown in this same document, BioNTech SE acknowledges that gene therapy products are “well-reported” to have high levels of adverse side effects.
“There have been few approvals of gene therapy products in the United States and other jurisdictions, and there have been well-reported significant adverse events associated with their testing and use. Gene therapy products have the effect of introducing new DNA and potentially irreversibly changing the DNA in a cell.” (page 26)
BioNTech SE’s statement that gene therapy products “have been well-reported” to have “significant adverse events” indicates these dangers are well known in this industry, so I think it’s safe to conclude that the FDA was also aware of them. And these dangers are addressed repeatedly throughout this document, as shown in the examples below:
“Side effects observed in other gene therapies, however, could negatively impact the perception of immunotherapies…” (page 16)
“We also expect the centers using our product candidates, if approved, on a commercial basis could have similar difficulty in managing adverse events.” (page 17)
“Adverse events reported with respect to gene therapies or genome editing therapies could adversely impact one or more of our programs.” (page 27)
“Product candidates we may develop may be associated with an adverse immune response or other serious adverse events, undesirable side effects or unexpected characteristics.” (page 29)
Yet, despite the FDA’s awareness of these dangers at the end of 2019, three months later, on March 27, 2020, they granted Emergency Use Authorization for producers Moderna and Pfizer to develop mRNA gene therapy products while completely whitewashing their Emergency Use Authorization to remove any mention of “mRNA” and “gene therapy”, renaming them as “experimental vaccines”, even though they are not vaccines, as was explained in my previous post, Three Reasons Why the Covid-19 Vaccine is Not a Vaccine.
The FDA’s whitewashing campaign continues to this day. For example, on February 22, 2021, they released a 24-page Guidance Document as a follow up to a similar document released in October 2020. It’s called Emergency Use Authorization for Vaccines to Prevent COVID-19, but like their previous documents, all the dangers have been omitted so there is not a single mention of words like “gene therapy” or “gene modification” or even “gene”. They’ve all been replaced with more acceptable words like “vaccines”. The other important descriptive word, “mRNA”, was also omitted from the main body of this document but I found it buried in a couple of references on pages 13 and 14 and it was mentioned once in parenthesis in Appendix 2 on page 17, but instead of warning about the “well-reported” high levels of adverse events, it says it has “been shown to be effective in clinical studies.” Really? In what clinical studies? Perhaps they’re referring to all the clinical studies showing how effective it is in producing adverse side effects?
In summary, from the very beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, the FDA has had full knowledge that mRNA products are gene therapy and the dangers of “significant adverse events” caused by gene therapy products have been “well-reported”, yet they have not mentioned these dangers anywhere in their documents, which should be enough to outrage the American people. Instead of a hundred million people getting injected, we should have a hundred million people marching on Washington DC to demand explanations for this blatant cover up, but it seems more likely that another hundred million will soon get their gene modification shots, ignorantly believing they’re getting protected from COVID-19 because they didn’t take the time to investigate.

Consequently, we expect that our product candidates will have a different potential side effect profile from gene therapies because they lack risks associated with altering cell DNA irreversibly.

Although our mRNA product candidates are designed not to make any permanent changes to cell DNA, regulatory agencies or others could believe that adverse effects of gene therapy products caused by introducing new DNA and irreversibly changing the DNA in a cell could also be a risk for our mRNA investigational therapies, and as a result may delay one or more of our trials or impose additional testing for long- term side effects.
Since BioNTech was promoting their product in their SEC Registration, I think their comments about the known dangers of gene therapy products have more credibility than their claims that their product is safer than the others.
One question on the date, are annual reports due by May the next year? I did a search and if I’m looking at the correct info I think that report could have been filed as late as Friday, May 15, 2020. I also could have missed the filing date in the document (I see where is says it is for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019). Did you write off Dana Coverstone’s dream you posted months ago?
Most of what Dana Coverstone saw in his dreams has been seen by other people so I am not totally dismissing those warnings but we now have the benefit of hindsight to know his timing was way off. He also said big changes were coming to the world around Passover 2021. If that happened, I missed it. It sounds like a clear miss to me so I am not sharing any more of his dreams on Z3.
We are still “around Passover 2021” and his timing was dead on about the election and aftermath. We lost our nation on the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Compact. We have lost the freedom of speech as the MSM has been 98% taken over by the communists. How can a republic or a democracy function when the important news goes unreported or is spun? Also. our capital remains under martial law and our people haven’t a clue of what is happening in Ukraine or South China Sea. The 2020 election was the beginning of the end and our president is a huge metaphor of the state of the Union. How many Americans have changed to alternate media, 1%? What has happened since the election is catastrophic! The world will be shocked when the World Economic Forum announces the coming RESET next month!! I would think twice before building my prophetic time line on a dream of a women who said “she would be back 0n next Tuesday or Wednesday”.
His timing was not dead on about the election and aftermath. He said the Democratic candidate for president would die on December 17. Maybe that was for a future year, but Dana Coverstone presented it as if it was for 2020 and it clearly did not happen. Also, Passover ended two weeks ago without any world changing events. Also there were no Russian or Chinese troops in the US rounding up American citizens. These are just a few examples of his clear misses. It’s okay to admit it when someone misses. It doesn’t take anything away from the fact that prophetic gifts are real and powerful when used correctly.
Regarding my dream, I think it’s always harder to have much confidence in a dream that was given to someone else so I can see how it could sound looney tunes, but it’s okay because God is able to speak to each of us individually in ways that we can understand. And if my understanding of what I saw is wrong, He is able to steer me in the right direction so it’s all good.
Perhaps this means the destruction of America is much further in future
That many of his prophesies haven’t happened yet can be said of many other folks’ prophecies but who can forget of his vision of a fist hitting the November calendar, it’s effect on the USA and the world and his word that “the obvious winner will not be so obvious”.
I put all of my spiritual cash down on Dumitru Duduman and Terry Bennett for being America’s best prophets and we’ll soon see how accurate Coverstone’s dreams and visions are since his latest series of dreams reveal a coming round up the deep state.

James, that dream always grabs my attention. Out of curiosity I googled meaning of Wednesday and Tuesday. Wednesday gets it name from the god Mercury with attributes of eloquence, travel, and guarding the dead. Tuesday gets its name from the Roman god Mars, which is the god of war.
The woman in the dream was a high official but didn’t seem like she was in the office of president…just a thought… perhaps Susan Rice??? (Almost every day hubby says Susan Rice is making all the decisions. And last month Bill O’Rielly stated that she secretly controls the govt). And could the man that came up to speak with you represent President Biden?
On Wednesday she said she was going to be leaving (Obama and his cabinet’s last full day in office was a Thursday) and she was returning next Tues or Wed. Could that be a presidential cycle? Jan 20,2021 was a Wednesday.

He prophesied in his chain/snake dream about some men ripping cherry blossoms off the trees. The Cherry blossoms in DC just finished. That is when the markets are manipulated. They bleed them out often with small corrections to keep pumping them up or to cover losses. The fact they are in Washington shows the Deep State is connected to this manipulation. Then the leaves from these trees cover the ground and get blown up and a tornado ensues. That’s when they pump the market back up, and extreme volatility and havoc take over. That’s civil division and unrest due to political unrest. The timing of Passover could be give or take a bit, but we are still in the month of Passover.. In my dream that I posted on April 24, 2020, I saw U.S. soldiers preparing their equipment and not in full uniforms so it was not time then, but it was warning about an upcoming military event that would cause markets to drop straight down. I don’t know where or when that will happen, but I do not believe it will lead to world war because in my 2014 dream where I spoke with the evil woman ruling our nation, she told me the countdown begins when she departs. I don’t think she’s even started her term yet so if she has a four year term then we have at least ten years.

In the dream, everyone there worked for this corporation and she seemed to be over them all and she reported directly to Obama. Just announced they are temporarily suspending the Johnson & Johnson vaccine due to adverse effects. I find this interesting as I had read earlier that the J& J vaccine does not produce positive PCR tests after injection. Moderna & Pfizer have also produce adverse effects but are still being given. The urgency to get the whole population vaccinated diminishes if the number of cases go down. J & J doesn’t fit the plan.
