While innocent Israeli citizens are being murdered by Palestinian attacks, Secretary of State John Kerry blames Israeli settlements in east Jerusalem for causing the Palestinians’ frustration.
The Jerusalem Post reports that since October 1, seven Israelis have been killed and dozens more have been injured in 26 separate attacks across Israel. According to Palestinian reports, 27 Palestinians, including nine alleged attackers, have also died.
In addition to blaming Israel, John Kerry is also using the attacks to promote his political agenda of a two-state solution in Israel. The Jerusalem Post shared Kerry’s comments made in a speech at Harvard University tonight.
A “massive increase in settlements” built by Israel in recent years has led to the “frustration” and “violence” now stoking its decades-old conflict with the Palestinians, US Secretary of State John Kerry said at Harvard University on Tuesday night.
“What’s happening is that, unless we get going, a two-state solution could conceivably be stolen from everybody,” Kerry said. “You have this violence because there’s a frustration that is growing and a frustration among Israelis who don’t see any movement.” (see the full report)
According to John Kerry’s twisted logic, Israeli citizens have no right to live in their own land, especially not in Jerusalem, so the innocent Israeli’s murdered during the past two weeks had it coming to them. In addition to violent attacks from Palestinians, Israel is also being verbally attacked by their closest friend, the United States.
Meanwhile, State Department spokesman John Kirby issued a statement condemning the terrorist attacks.
“The United States condemns in the strongest terms today’s terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians, which resulted in the murder of three Israelis and left numerous others wounded. We mourn any loss of innocent life, Israeli or Palestinian. We continue to stress the importance of condemning violence and combating incitement.”
So the head of the State Department blames Israel for the attacks while the spokesman condemns the attacks. Whatever!
Meanwhile, David Silver from Out of Zion Ministries sent the following urgent report to his subscribers with a plea for prayers for the people of Israel and protest calls to our news media and government leaders.
If you are watching the news you will be aware of the dramatic rise in terror attacks all over Israel, they are getting more intense every day and we believe that the Arabs have carried out their threat to begin a 3rd Intifada (violent uprising) .
Innocent Israelis are being slaughtered at bus stops, on buses, in their cars, and by ramming people with cars. There were four more terror attacks again this morning. 3 Israelis are dead and many more injured. No public place is currently safe.
Please pray for divine protection and intervention.
Pray also for wisdom for PM Benjamin Netanyahu as to what to do practically to protect every citizen of Israel. Pray for our police and border police and army to be super alert. Pray for every Israeli citizen to be super alert
We are also being told by some of you that your media is once again reporting the situation here in Israel in a biased and unbalanced manner. They are showing the suffering of the terrorists that have been killed with no or very little mention of the Israelis that have been murdered and seriously injured. Currently we are not safe anywhere in our own country.
This biased reporting will only serve to increase the hatred of Israel and cause a rise a further of anti-Semitism in your country.
Please be bold and take a stand to challenge the heads of your media outlets to broadcast at least both sides of the situation and to mention the fact that it is the Arabs that have initiated this terror.
Please canvas your government to issue a statement to the Palestinian Authority to demand they bring a cease to the terror attacks being carried out by their people.
Everything seems to start in the Middle East. When Israel comes under attack, the church and the rest of the world should get ready, especially those who have taken sides against Israel, which now includes the United States. Increased tensions in Syria and Israel could be a preview of what is coming soon to the rest of the world.
