Z3er Christian Block shared a prophetic dream today, which he received this past weekend, revealing a 7.5 earthquake hitting an island nation in the West Pacific. He knew in the dream this earthquake would be followed by a more powerful earthquake hitting Japan.
Amazingly, his dream was fulfilled today when a 7.5 earthquake hit Papua New Guinea.

Christian posted the following comment today sharing the details of his dream.
I had a dream this weekend in which I saw a big earthquake hitting a large island nation in the West Pacific. In the dream, I understood this earthquake would precede the coming earthquake in Japan. There was no indication of dates.
I remember being puzzled in the dream because I thought there would be some indication in earthquakes around Japan, not further away in the West Pacific. The next day, I was checking the Japan Meteorological website to see what activity had occurred. I noticed that a large 5.7 earthquake hit off the coast of Japan. It made me think of Kevin Mirasi’s prophecy about a 5.7 followed by a 7.5 being an indication of a larger coming earthquake to California. I wondered if the large earthquake to hit in the West Pacific would be a 7.5.
Today, I read an article that a 7.5 hit Papua New Guinea. The picture of the island (shown above) looks very similar to what I saw in the dream. Zerohedge wrote an article about the Papua New Guinea earthquake. (Source: zerohedge.com)
I don’t have any dates (for the earthquake coming in Japan), but it seems like it would be soon.
There have been several other prophetic warnings regarding a large earthquake hitting Japan. In his November 2014 newsletter, Neville Johnson, founder of The Academy of Light, wrote, “I saw Japan being shaken by volcanoes and earthquakes in a way that had repercussions around the world.”
Nita Johnson, founder of World for Jesus Ministries, was shown the judgment of God in the form of two massive earthquakes hitting Los Angeles and Japan that could lead to the loss of millions of lives and would have ripple effects across the world that could bring down the economy.
Another warning was received by Terry Bennett, founder of Messengers of Shiloh, on December 25 2010. He saw a prophetic vision of news headlines reporting two large earthquakes hitting Japan.
9.1+ Quake Rocks Japanese Island
Japan Shaken Awake – Early-Morning Quake Measures 7.7; More Tremors Expected
Just ten weeks after he saw these headlines, Japan was hit with a 9.0 earthquake and tsunami, perhaps fulfilling what he saw, but maybe not because the one he saw measured 9.1+, so there might be two more still coming.
During my prayer time one day in October 2013, I saw words written in an Asian language, like Japanese or Chinese, moving up quickly, like it was coming across a news wire service, and swaying back and forth, giving me the impression of chaos, confusion, and panic. Perhaps this was another warning of a Japanese earthquake.
In September 1985, the late John Paul Jackson, founder of Streams Ministries, saw a prophetic vision of the following news headline:
Volcano erupts near Tokyo: 7 million dead, another million missing
This was the very first prophetic news headline he ever saw and it included a vision, which he reported as follows:
“I found myself standing on a hillside or a mountain or a high hill across from Tokyo. There was a tree that was blooming or blossoming or just finishing blossoming. A high-speed train had just gone by on the railroad tracks that were a little bit in front of me, maybe 200 yards down from where I was standing.
I looked across the city of Tokyo at a huge mountain in the background that was half covered with snow. The snow was about halfway down on it. I saw a plume of smoke or steam coming out of the side of the mountain. Then a little while later I saw another plume of smoke or steam come out of the side of the mountain. Then I saw a third plume come out of the side of the volcano. Then a short while later, I saw it shake. I could hear all of the noise of the city, the people, the trains, the planes going overhead, just the hustle and bustle of a huge city.
When this thing happened, when it erupted, I remember saying to myself, “Oh, this is worse than Mount Saint Helens.” The Volcano blew and smoke and ash came towards the city. It was steam and water and the water was so hot that it melted things. When it hit things, it did not just blow them over but there was a melting that took place. Then a short while later all of the noise became muffled and then quiet, absolute quiet.”
Back in 1985 when John Paul Jackson received the vision, Mount Fuji was considered a dead volcano, but today it has become active again. He saw it shake, so Tokyo was hit by an earthquake massive enough to shake Mount Fuji.
Another interesting clue in John Paul’s vision is he saw a blossoming tree. Tokyo is known for cherry blossoms, but they only bloom two weeks each year. He described the tree as “blossoming or just finishing blossoming,” which narrows it down even more because it was the peak time when the cherry trees hit full bloom, which occurs annually on April 2.
In an average year, the cherry blossoms start blooming on 25 March in Tokyo. Then, they hit full bloom (known as “mankai” in Japanese) on 2 April in Tokyo. About a week after that, most of the blossoms have fallen off the trees. (Source: trulytokyo.com)
In 2018, Monday April 2 converts to Nisan 17 on the Hebrew calendar. In all the years since John Paul received the vision in 1985, this is the first time April 2 has fallen on Nisan 17. (Source: Hebcal.com) The conversion of dates to our Gregorian calendar varies from year to year because the Hebrew calendar is based on lunar cycles, not solar cycles.
Nisan 17 is a significant date on God’s calendar as He has repeatedly destroyed His enemies and delivered His people on that date. Here are five examples.
- Noah’s Ark landed on the mountains of Ararat on Nisan 17, marking the completion of the destruction of the whole earth and every living thing in it, except for those who were delivered on the ark. It marked a new beginning for Noah and his family as the whole earth was repopulated through them. In the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, the ark rested upon the mountains of Ararat. (Genesis 8:4)
- The Israelites entered the Promised Land on Nisan 17. (Joshua 5:10-11) The Passover meal is eaten after sunset on Nisan 14, which is the start of Nisan 15 (Exodus 12:2-8). On the day after Passover, Nisan 16, the Israelites ate some of the produce of the promised land and the manna, which had been falling from heaven for forty years, fell for the last time. The next day, Nisan 17, they had no manna, but they ate the produce of the promised land. So God’s promise to Abraham was fulfilled on Nisan 17 as ungodly inhabitants of the promised land were destroyed and the descendants of Abraham made a new beginning.
- The Israelites crossed the Red Sea on dry land on Nisan 17 (Exodus 14:21-22). On the final night of their captivity in Egypt, they ate the first Passover meal after sunset on Nisan 14. Then on Nisan 15, Moses led them on a three-day journey into the wilderness (Exodus 3:18, Numbers 33:3-8). On Nisan 17 they camped between Migdol and the sea, in front of Baal-zephon by the sea, where the Lord made it appear to Pharaoh they were trapped (Exodus 14:1-2). So God destroyed the armies of Pharaoh and brought a great deliverance to His people on Nisan 17.
- Nisan 17, Queen Esther risked her life by entering the inner court of the king to deliver the people of Israel from an evil plot to kill them. (Esther 2:12, 3:3-8, 5:1)
- The greatest deliverance of all time happened on Nisan 17 when our Lord Jesus Christ was raised from the dead. After sunset on Nisan 14, He ate the Passover meal with His disciples. His body remained in the tomb on Nisan 15 and 16 before being raised up on Nisan 17 (Luke 22:13-15, Matthew 17:23).
Nisan 17 also has significance based on two prophetic insights in recent years. On August 15 2012, Z3er and former missionary James Jansen received a short dream.
“In the dream I was standing before an old TV set and on it were the words “World Collapse” with the numbers 117 at the bottom of the screen. The numbers could have been 1117. That’s it.”
The meaning of 117 was not revealed to James, but it might be referring to Nisan 17 because Nisan is the first month of the year on the Hebrew calendar, so it would be 1/17.
Another confirmation came from Z3er Phanuel. In 2016, God showed him the markets would be in a sea of red on Nisan 17 (see complete post). At the time, I mistakenly thought God was showing him a major market crash, but the markets were only in a sea of red for one day on Nisan 17 that year and bounced back the next day. However, it’s also possible he was seeing a larger crash, confirming what James Jansen saw, happening on Nisan 17, but not in 2016.
Christian Block’s dream indicates the time for the fulfillment of all these warnings is drawing closer, but what God calls soon and what we call soon are often two different things. I believe these warnings should be taken seriously, but should also point out that even with all these prophetic clues, we still have no dates.
It’s hard to comprehend the magnitude of what John Paul Jackson saw with 7 million people losing their life. It would be a tragedy of Biblical proportions, not only for Japan, but also for the rest of the world. As the world’s third largest economy, a major blow to Japan’s economy would send shockwaves throughout the global economy. It would also be difficult for Japan to recover and rebuild because they have the highest sovereign debt level of any developed nation, over 250% of their annual GDP and growing.
We are living in amazing times, the last days before the Lord Jesus returns to establish His Kingdom on earth, as evidenced by many Bible prophecies now being fulfilled. Jesus described these times of trouble as birth pangs preceding the coming tribulation and great tribulation (Matthew 24:8). He specifically included earthquakes as one of the kinds of trouble coming in these times.
The good news is the trouble coming upon the world is the judgment of God, which is good because His judgments are always sent to make wrong things right, giving opportunities to people who are not right with Him to repent and get right before it’s too late for them. Those who are already walking uprightly before Him have nothing to fear because His judgments are not aimed at them.
