The Nephilim: We’re Baa-ack!

nephilim-giantsNeville Johnson said, “Jesus said you need to know about this because it is going to happen in your day and age. That’s why I’m telling you. I don’t like to preach this kind of stuff. You know; it’s a bit unsavory. But Jesus said you need to know. You can’t put your head in the sand, you know, like an ostrich.”

I’ve periodically asked God various questions about angels (why don’t they have wives?), evil spirits (are they all fallen angels as I’ve been taught?; are some of them ghosts?; do ghosts really exist?), and the Nephilim or children of Anak (can You explain this to me more?).

A couple of days ago, I felt led in my spirit to read the Book of Enoch. Enoch was the father of Methuselah and grandfather of Noah. Enoch walked so closely with God that he never died but, like Elijah, was translated directly to heaven. (Genesis 5:24.)

The Book of Enoch is part of the Apocrypha, inspired ancient writings that were not included as books of the Bible, but have credibility because verses from it are quoted in Jude 1:14-15. Copies of this book were also found with the Dead Sea Scrolls, which explains why Jude quoted from it. Scholars believe the early church fathers regularly studied it along with the Old Testament scriptures.

What I read was a paradigm shift for some of my beliefs. Was this really from God?

The next morning, I received confirmation. Without knowing about my reading, a prophetic friend (Nicole Moore) recommended that I search for the Lancaster Prophetic Conference 2015. I then watched Neville Johnson speaking in Session 1, which is shown below. His quote shown above and other references here are from this video.

Evil spirits (also known as demons) are not, as I used to believe, fallen angels. Rather, they are the spirits of the Nephilim. When the Nephilim were killed, their spirits were condemned to stay on earth.

Enoch 15:1 – 16:1 is shown below {with my explanatory comments in curly brackets}. It is part of a prophetic dream given to Enoch:

15:1 And He answered and said to me, and I heard His voice: ‘Fear not, Enoch, thou righteous man and scribe of righteousness: approach hither {here} and hear My voice.

15:2 And go, say to the Watchers of heaven {fallen angels}, who have sent thee to intercede for them: “You should intercede for men, and not men for you:

15:3 Wherefore {why} have ye left the high, holy, and eternal heaven, and lain with women, and defiled yourselves with the daughters of men and taken to yourselves wives, and done like the children of earth, and begotten giants (as your) sons?

15:4 And though ye were holy, spiritual, living the eternal life, you have defiled yourselves with the blood of women, and have begotten (children) with the blood of flesh, and, as the children of men, have lusted after flesh and blood as those also do who die and perish.

15:5 Therefore have I given them {men} wives also that they might impregnate them, and beget children by them, that thus nothing might be wanting to them on earth.

15:6 But you {fallen angels} were formerly spiritual, living the eternal life, and immortal for all generations of the world.

15:7 And therefore I have not appointed wives for you; for as for the spiritual ones of the heaven {angels}, in heaven is their dwelling.

15:8 And now, the giants {Nephilim}, who are produced from the spirits {fallen angels} and flesh, shall be called evil spirits upon the earth, and on the earth shall be their dwelling.

15:9 Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men, and from the holy Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; they shall be evil spirits on earth, and evil spirits shall they be called.”

15:10 [As for the spirits of heaven {angels}, in heaven shall be their dwelling, but as for the spirits of the earth which were born upon the earth, on the earth shall be their dwelling.]

15:11 And the spirits of the giants {evil spirits} afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble: they take no food, but nevertheless hunger and thirst, and cause offenses. And these spirits shall rise up against the children of men and against the women, because they have proceeded from them.

16:1 From the days of the slaughter and destruction and death of the giants, from the souls of whose flesh the spirits, having gone forth, shall destroy without incurring judgement – thus shall they destroy until the day of the consummation, the great judgment in which the age shall be consummated, over the Watchers and the godless, yea, shall be wholly consummated.

Did you see the answers to my questions?

While reminding his audience of the story of Noah, and God destroying the entire human race except for one family, Neville Johnson talks about Nephilim, the giants in the Bible, offspring of fallen angels and human women.

At the 55:50-minute mark of this video he begins to relate the story of an American Special Forces group on a mission in the mountains of Afghanistan when they began to be attacked by someone throwing huge boulders down at them. They responded to the attack and killed him.

When they climbed up closer to him, they were amazed at what they saw:  a literal giant, apparently nearly three times their height, with six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot. An artist illustration of him tied up for transport at the air strip and with soldiers standing behind him, is at 56:45. In this illustration, the giant has grey skin. There is no description given of the giant while alive, so I don’t know if his skin was always grey or it turned grey after death.

Remember all those people who came forward over the last several decades to say they had been abducted by aliens and were subjected to medical tests and experimentation? Looks like the only thing wrong with their story was the “aliens from outer space” part. No aliens, these were evil spirits manifesting as aliens. The people were deceived.

I agree with Neville, who opined that God guided Charles Dickens’ pen when he wrote,

“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to heaven, we were all going direct the other way…”

The point is that the coming age of lawlessness will be significantly worse than most of us had probably thought about previously. The evil spirits have managed to reproduce their giant offspring again. And with cloning now available, we could see entire armies of giants. BUT this age will also be significantly better than most of us had thought. Light overpowers darkness! Yes, evil is rising. Yes, we will see evil spirits. Yes, we may even face evil giants. But also yes, we will see angels fighting on our behalf!

Do not be like the ten spies who blasphemously prophesied that they could not prevail against the giants in the land! Be like Joshua and Caleb, the two spies who knew the truth – that with God fighting for them, of course they could overcome the giants! But because the people believed the ten and not the two, they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years and died. (Numbers 13-14.)

We are in a battle for our minds. It is the battle of unbelief, which is the wind now blowing for ill across the churches. Listen to the Voice of the Lord! If we lose this battle, we will fall victim to demonic mind control. Trust God and obey Him. If you don’t easily hear the Voice of the Lord, pray and ask God to teach you His Voice now!

How are we to overcome giants and such evil? See my earlier post, Wave upon Wave.

Neville Johnson says this is the year! This year, in the Feast of Tabernacles/Booths/Sukkot (seven days beginning sundown September 27, 2015),  the Jewish Appointed Time that celebrates God lives with us, God is releasing “a new Grace” to His people. In addition to undeserved blessing, God’s Grace is power (2 Corinthians 12:7-10). The Waves begin. Are you swimming?

Debra Walker enjoyed dreams and visions from God beginning at some pre-school age without knowing it. (She was told that she “daydreamed.”) After turning her back on Him as a prodigal teenager, she finally paid attention as He persistently wooed her back to Himself. She heard the true gospel and gave her life to Christ again in 1991. Her fire for God quickly faded, and it wasn’t until a few short years ago, when she realized how many times He had supernaturally saved her life, that she began to get serious about having a relationship with Him. Praise and thank God for His mercy! She is actively involved in intercessory prayer, writing for the Lord, and small prayer & Bible study groups. The photo dates from 1999, but is her favorite.

Bryan and Darin, I’ve ran off a lot of copies of nephilim pictures along with articles then stapled them all together to hand out to kids and adults. I’ve shown this to doctors, nurses, a vet, Sunday school leaders, etc. explaining why the flood had to come. It is a good evangelism tool. During our most recent trip to Israel our leader even spoke about the giants. A lot of people have never heard about any of this. It seems to keep the conversation of evolution from coming forth. Yes, so many kids are into alien stuff and this is a good answer for that. I’ve had to fight the Harry Potter stuff at school. I’ve taught in a rural area of the Midwest where some teachers still talk about the Lord in their classrooms and the Christmas programs are still centered on Christ.

I’d like to share that risks are worth taking. I recently had a kid in my fourth grade class who was obsessed with aliens and books such as “Area 51”. I took my wife’s name meaning book to school and read what each student’s name meant. When I got to this boy’s name which is Baylyn I said it meant “forgiven”. He answered right in front of the class that he didn’t feel forgiven and cried under his pillow every night. Both of his parents had been in some type of jail or prison. I gave him the “Heaven is for Real” book to read along with a gospel tract. The next morning he came to school telling me he’d prayed and accepted Christ. He starting wearing a cross that my wife purchased for him. He told many students and teachers that he was now a Christian and Jesus was in his heart. This kid had been kicked out of a school before our school. In the lower grades I remember that he was kicked out of the classroom a lot. I told him that aliens were Nephilim and showed him pictures of their bones. He stopped reading about alien stories and started reading his Bible. Colton and the “Heaven is for Real” team came to our town and spoke. He got to give his testimony to Colton, the boy who went to heaven. What did I learn from this? Take the risk! He found Jesus and his former teachers in a public school saw a great testimony.

Praise God. Great story.
I have had more success evangelizing with Genesis 6 than any part of the bible especially with the younger crowd. Most people have no idea how interesting the bible is. Most think it is just a very old rule book.
Thank you for sharing that’s a great encouragement. May we all be so bold.

Darin I was wondering if you could expand on your evangelism success. I am always looking for ways to bridge with unbelievers. I have never considered Gen 6 for evangelism. Any resources or youtube videos you can suggest would be helpful, geared to the unsaved, thanks.

Some of my favorite teachers on the nephilim subject are
La Marzulli
Douglas Hamp
Dr. Chuck Missler
Cris Putnam
Tomas Horn
Trey Smith
David and Mark Flynn (I’m not smart enough to really understand them very well)
Steve Quayle.
This is just a few of my favorite. This subject is fascinating to me and I feel I have a firm grip on it. I never have went out with the intent of spreading the Gospel of the cross with nephilim. Its just amazing to me when a door opens for me to share Christ crucified that the subject of aliens come up. I often get well what about aliens maybe the created us. I say a quick prayer and say, God you got to be kidding me this again? Then I tell whoever I’m talking to, do you really want to hear this? They get excited and I can then explain that aliens are non other then the disembodied spirits of the nephilim. I get them interested in the word of God and to understand that His word is awesome and that Jesus is not about going to church and obeying a set of rules. It’s just one way to plant a seed. The last conversation I had about nephilim and aliens was with a 20 year old boy, and I am willing to bet every time he hears the word alien he will remember our conversation. Aliens are all over history channel, movies, tv series, ext. Satan has put his agenda out there and we need to know about it because it is a deception that people all over the world are falling for.

Hi Debra, I’m not sure about all the conclusions reached about the Nephilim, but I did want to clarify something: the Apochryphal books HAVE been included in the Bible from the establishment of the original canon in the 400s. They were REMOVED from protestant Bibles long after during the reformation. They were part of the loss and division that sadly still keeps Christians misunderstanding one another.

Thanks for sharing that reminder, Colleen! I had forgotten, but now remember:

When I finally began to yield to the Spirit’s urging me to return to the Lord from my apostasy over 30 years ago, I began attending a Roman Catholic church for the first time in my life. (I’d been raised as kind of a “Heinz 57” in a religious sense, as my family hopped from one Protestant denomination to another.) The priest there was gracious enough to give me a Bible, and I remember now not really trusting it because it had all these other books in it that I’d never seen before. I don’t recall what happened to that Bible, but I never dared to read all those books until I purchased a copy of the Apochrypha for my Kindle a couple of years ago. Just goes to show you, even though God made me to be a pretty quick study, sometimes I’ve been a Really slow learner!

Anyway, I join with you in lamenting the denominational divisions of the church, and pray for the restoration of one true ecclesia, true to the teachings of Christ, and in unity with each other just as our triune God is in unity with Himself. In working towards this goal, however, we must be diligent in not allowing our beliefs to be morphed into Chrislam (the one world religion); that religion is a spawn of satan, born in deceit.

“Demons are the disembodied spirits of the Giants (Nephilim). The ‘Mighty Men of Renown’ are the Gibborim created by the Watchers when they left their heavenly abode and came down to the daughters of men as recorded in Genesis Chapter 6:4 of the Old Testament. They are half breeds, angelic hybrids, the Titans.

When fallen angels shape-shift into a form of human being they can have intercourse but not without some aberrant genetic changes. The union of these beasts with humans produced children that were different in many ways. The first apparent difference was that they developed giantism. They were giants or Nephilim. Og the King of Bashan had a bed that was 13 to 15 feet long; and Goliath was 6 cubits tall (9 feet). The second aberration was that they had six fingers and six toes… “The aberrant genetic tendencies of the Nephilim were unfortunately cloned into the D.N.A. of mankind. According to the Bible, only Noah escaped this genetic intervention at the time. There are no records of these perverse tendencies prior to the intervention of the Watchers. These dormant genetic tendencies still surface today at times in different people … The Watchers are a guardian class of angels that were assigned to watch over the earth and protect mankind from just this sort of thing happening.

I think the Nephilim or”fellas” as they were sometimes known by, were the cause of these myths about mighty men of old such as Hercules, and other Greek heroes. Also sightings of the yeti, and creatures like Bigfoot, could be something to do with this. I often thought that these creatures people have seen in remote parts of America, and other parts of the world could be a remnant of a race of gigantic people, they are shy and hide away in the forests and mountains, it’s plain they don’t want to be seen. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that there are creatures roaming around, few see them. I was watching a programme on Sunday nights earlier in the year, that was about this sort of thing. As for aliens, I do believe they are part of a massive deception caused by the devil, this is to fool people into believing these entities exist. I have often said how could this be, when God created us in His Image and Likeness, it hardly seems that He would create these kind of things. Isn’t it amazing, that there are people who don’t believe in god, yet they believe in “little green men” A man who lives near me, who I know slightly, he is a very nice person, but he believes these things .He wanted a high rise flat, so he could be nearer to making contact, should anything show up. (Jokingly, I said the mother ship” and he agreed). I actually wanted to live high up but not because of aliens, rather to feel nearer to Our Lord. (the Lord had other plans for me, which did not necessitate living in a high rise! Actually I think now I’m glad I didn’t ) But on a more… Read more »

EVERYONE WHO HAS TAKEN THE TIME TO READ AND POST A COMMENT ON THIS ARTICLE:

Please forgive my extreme tardiness in replying. I sincerely apologize. I literally forgot to check for comments for a couple of weeks, and then compounded that problem with the bad decision not to reply at all, thinking that nobody would see my replies because everyone has by now moved on.

Thank you, James, for including the links to recent comments on the right; that is how I noticed a new comment to this thread, which is when the Spirit convicted me of my unloving initial decision. Repenting, I’m answering all these old comments now, and pray that those who need to will see my responses. God bless.

I have a hard time believing that people see angels. They can describe the demons they see but they never seem to describe the angels. If they do try to describe them they use general meaningless words like; majestic, beautiful, being of bright light, etc. Very general statements no detailed description. I think the reason is because you are looking at a demon who is trying to appear as an angel. I asked a large group of Christians who all said they have seen angels, to described them. NO ONE in the large group answered me. They were all silent. You could hear a pin drop. They changed the subject immediately.! Christians are being deceived. I do not believe a good angel would appear, or try to communicate with us humans.

The Bible has many examples of people seeing angels and talking with them, and that is the final authority over any experiences we have had. My experience confirms the Bible because I have seen them and they are awesome.

Hi James. I have seen Satan and I have looked directly at him. But I have never seen an angel. The church I have been listening to has told us that this kind of angel stuff ended with the completion of the Bible and that any and all of it is now from Satan. Now I am hearing from many different people, not just the people at this web site, that it is not true. I will remember what you have said because, I feel I can trust you.!
Never the less, I will steer clear of angel stuff because I don’t trust them and I feel they are out to do me harm. You friend always, Jim.

They get it from the deceiver , the Father of Lies. Just like miracles , gifts and prophecy have ceased. Just like “before anything bad happens, GOD will takes us out in the rapture”. No wonder many shall fall away, they listen to (false) teachers instead of reading the Bible for themselves.

Many have thought the Nephilim were only in the Middle East. When explorers came to North America some of the Native Americans would greet them with a “How!” while holding up a five finger hand. The origin of this meant that “We are not the six fingered giants who chase down buffalo and rip off legs.” They saved some of the Nephilim femurs which indicated how huge they had to be.
I was in the occult a little bit before Christ saved me. One night while sleeping around fifteen evil spirits came over my head like hornets. I was so terrified, but I could barely say the name of Jesus. I commanded them to leave and they left. A few days later in college I told some of my Christian friends about this. I noticed a girl also listening. A couple of weeks later she said she accepted Christ. It had a lot to do with what she overhead. She now has a great Christian testimony. God can sure work things out for his glory!

WOW Jon. . . amazing. I have also heard what you are saying; my hubby told me this (he is 1/2 Seneca).
Also, look up Stevequayle.com ————- Steve reviews “giants” (Nephalim) and discusses how the Vatican and the Smithsonian have collectively snatched up proof of these beings. L.A. Marzulli also covers this as well.
There is much more to the spiritual rhelm than most would ever know at this time.

I was also led to read the book of Enoch this year. It does answer a lot of questions. I was not led to any other books not in the bible, but only that one.

Thank you James. Many of your posts have helped me a lot, I’ve watched some YouTube videos of names you’ve provided. Learned a lot the past couple of week here 🙂 Cherie thank you so much for taking the time to write. Very early into this I attended a spiritual warfare class my church was holding. I was probably only a year in my walk, not at all comfortable talking about it. I talked to 2 of the class leaders who were helpful in helping me understand the “why”, which they said was God has a calling on my life. They said I needed to learn who I am in Christ, which I have. I’m glad you listed the suggestions, I’ve done most of them, all of them together help. I am.going to start reading scripture aloud. I believe the reason that God has allowed this is I have learned so much, maybe He will use me in this area. As I mentioned, starts with a dream, and always in a familiar place. The clothes I’m wearing are clothes I wear in my real life. These demons know about us. What to use to try to scare or try to weaken us. I have had this happen while traveling, so they are not bound to my home. They come & go. It happens so infrequently now, I hope unless they want to hear about their eternity in hell, they will stay away. One of the most difficult things to deal with was not wanting to sound crazy or appear weird. I have many friends and family who are believers, I’ve talked to the ones I felt would understand. I’ve been praying for bravery, to worry less about what people may think. If God does use me in this area all… Read more »
