“Heads up!” Warning to prophecy chasers.

The Lord spoke the following to me in the early morning hours of July 17th, 2019.

“Heads Up! Heads Up! Heads Up!
As I have warned you, All hell is coming against you.
It is even now at the door!
The enemy has surrounded the camps of My people.
But fear not! They that are with you are more than be with them.
Nothing can stop you until My purposes are fulfilled.”

By the time “Heads Up!” was spoken the second time, I’d grabbed my pad and pen to quickly write what I was hearing.  This message was shared as a comment on the website shortly thereafter, but the Lord began to point out more His people must understand in this hour.

I was then reminded of the previous week, when on the night of July 10th, I’d continually been awakened while praying for the lost – in and outside the “church.” This was of the Spirit of God, because the praying was what kept waking me up! Each time I’d hear myself groaning in the Spirit, as well as prayers of repentance and intercession coming out of my mouth.  Then I’d fall asleep again. This was repeated throughout the night.

Saints, the world as we know it is about to change.  The signs Jesus gave to signal his soon return are unfolding all around us.  As it is written, “The Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets” (Amos 3:7), warnings of impending judgments are being sounded throughout the earth!

What we’re seeing right now, as the LORD lifts His hand off America and around the world, is His great MERCY! He’s giving this world a good shaking to awaken as many as are willing.  Not one will escape this shaking, for it will reveal and remove what is shakeable, so that which cannot be shaken may remain (Heb 12:26-27).

As I prayed throughout that night, the Lord kept showing me that many who say they are His will not remain when the ground begins to shake beneath them.  Most have not responded to His call to “Come to the Garden;” to come to the secret place of the Most High.

Instead, most are busy watching the gathering storm, the focus being on the enemy and what he’s doing.  It grieves the Lord to watch His people become “prophecy chasers” as they put their confidence in others to spoon feed them, instead of spending time seeking intimacy with Him in order to hear God for themselves.

Brethren, it’s not enough to “know” what’s coming.  If your eyes are fastened upon this approaching storm, it will have a paralyzing, hypnotic effect.  As the wind increases and the waves get higher, fear will take hold, and just as what happened to Peter when he focused on the wind and the waves – you too will sink.  God is calling upon His people to take immediate action!

“Let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” (1 Corinthians 10:12)

“A prudent man sees evil coming and hides himself, but the simple man continues on and is punished” (Proverbs 22:3)

The Lord is calling His people to the secret place, to come into the inner chamber and abide with Him.  It’s in this hidden place that we may become one as we enter His heart.  And it will only be from this hidden place we will be able to pray His will into the earth, and be made ready to be used in the days ahead.

God is giving this message as a “Heads Up” to the Church, as the hour is very late.  Those who heed His call by entering into the secret place of the Most High, abiding under His shadow, will be those who fear not as they are surrounded by the enemy.  The Lord will send forth these “hidden ones,” and the enemy will not be able to touch them – as described in Psalms 91.

Saints, please pray over this message as to how it may apply to you.  I pray as the shaking of the earth increases, may more and more drop to their knees in repentance unto salvation.  For it is indeed the goodness of God that leads us to repentance!

Personal Note:

After receiving this message, a prophetic friend told me of a very detailed dream he was given showing the heart of God concerning the current state of His people.  God willing, this will be posted within the next few days.

Scripture References:

Hebrews 12: 26-27, “But now He has promised, saying, ‘Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.’  Now this “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.”

Amos 3:7, “Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.”

Isaiah 55:6-7, “Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near.  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him…”

Proverbs 22:3, “A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.”

Haggai 1:5, “Now therefore, thus says the LORD of hosts: “Consider your ways!”

1 Corinthians 10:12, “Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.”

Matthew 14:29-33, “And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.  But when he saw the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”

Diana Pulliam has been a Christian since the age of 22, but it wasn’t until 2008, while going through an especially trying time, that she asked God what He intended for her life. She told Him she wanted her life to give Him glory, but didn’t see how it was making any difference at all for His kingdom. She asked Him to not hold anything back, she wanted everything He intended for her, and was willing to do whatever He told her to do.

Two weeks later, during her quiet time with the Lord, she heard the Holy Spirit say, “Clean your house and write.” The last few years, He has given her dreams and visions about the times in which we live. In 2011, she started the blog The Mighty Hand of God as a place to write whatever the Lord inspires.

Thank you for sharing this word. God is so good to extend mercy to us through his judgments and his shakings. It truly grieves my heart that many will fall from the faith during these times of testing that are going to come. The church in America will be exposed for the harlot she is and only the faithful hidden one’s will come forth shining as the brightness of the sun. God bless you Diana. May you find strength and courage in the secret place. Mighty is the one who has called you to stand in this hour.

I yearn so strongly to be closer to God. I can hardly contain it and I feel like I can burst if it gets any more. I saw someone say that a quick prayer from the heart is enough, but no no no. Not even close. I want hours and then always, but I know that He wants me to go out and serve/bless others and assures me He never leaves. It is because He is always with us that we are equipped to do whatever He asks us to do. What is the meaning of this *intense* desire? I wonder whether I am some kind of freak. Whereas in earlier days, it seemed like I just wanted “a hug” (I like hugs). Now, *more* and more until it seems only Heaven itself would satisfy, but if He took me there, I’d either pass out or die because what I have and what I am is not enough to take it in. Her garden link is the closest to an explanation for this drive I have ever encountered. Because I believe it is “put there”, but I don’t know what it means at all. I must ask about this more. I can dull the yearning somewhat if I divert my attention to distractions, but the deeper one goes, the less attractive and worthwhile such things are. If this is normal for God’s people, how did they withstand it for decades at a time? Is it weird to talk like this? Should I keep it to myself? I guess they did because they had to. I am not trying to boast. There is no cause for boasting in myself at all if you knew me and although it is like I am talking about myself…and I am. It is really about… Read more »

Well, I felt tremendously embarrassed after gushing all that in public, but now I just today read the Testimonials section on this site out of whimsical curiosity. So…back here again as seemingly the most appropriate spot…

James, I am not sure I have ever experienced what you describe other than maybe a few breadcrumbs thrown my way. I “hear” more in the mornings, but it’s still nothing like what you say. Do you really experience this Presence *EVERY* day?? No dry periods at all? Because I was taught to expect lots of times when God seems absent and that they are times when we are expected to grow.

Yes, we can enter the realm of God’s glory any time we want. His throne room is open to us and His presence is very real and tangible. It is the most wonderful place to be, where we were designed to be always and forever, but we must press into it to take possession of what He wants us to have. We must refuse to be denied, acting on our faith. His presence is very addictive. Once we experience it, we are forever ruined to the old dry boring religious ways and a new level of hunger is stirred up in us that creates an aching, like hunger pangs, that only He can fill.

What you say is amazing! I prayed about this before because I didn’t understand at all whether this was normal or proper or right. I was reminded of the living waters that come from the throne of God and came to so many scriptures about the living waters. But the one in Revelation 22 is the most: “And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.” Revelation 22:1‭-‬5 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/rev.22.1-5.NKJV That is referring to the future, but that is what we yearn for in the end. . How is it that we can read the same scripture so many times and not see the significance of it? Because I didn’t clue into that until I actually asked God about these strong desires – which is more than I have ever known. *He* was the One who showed me that. Before I even read this post, I looked up one of your scripture refs and it didn’t “resonate” at all…until I read more. This: If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will… Read more »

Thanks for sharing Sarah. Glad you’re searching and finding it in the scriptures. I explained how this works from the scriptures in chapter 8 of my book.

Maybe others will see our back-and-forth and their curiosity will be peaked and they will read it. And that will be good for them. I can’t get your book.

It’s as you say, “the ball is in your court”. I have to muddle through on my own – sort of. Your testimonial was a happy coincidence, though, for something I read on a whim wondering whether I should be doing something else. Oh..and the scriptures…I didn’t do that by myself. I was just given a few things in my prayers – specifically the fountain of living water, the woman at the well, and I was told that it came from the throne so I went hunting them out based on that – also just to verify that I “heard” correctly. And then huge blitz neon lights scriptures – especially the ones I mentioned but more.

But I still see people saying that to expect something like this every day is “weak”. I guess If we come to Him always with the hidden agenda that He prove Himself to us, I think that can definitely be a problem. That is testing God. It is an open doorway to attacks from the other side as well. All I know is that I’m not to look to anyone else – even you – but to the Lord. It was interesting what you said, because I never ever thought in a million years that that would be the case for anyone.
