God Calling His People to a Rescue Mission

On February 23rd, I was given a vision and a word from the Lord.

While in prayer, I began to repent and intercede for the Church.  As I prayed, I started to feel deep pain and agony in my spirit.  Suddenly, what looked like a slide show presentation began.

Faces of people from all over the world began flashing across the screen.  Some were crying, their hearts broken; my heart ached for them. Others were lying in beds, sick and injured; this brought twinges of pain in various parts of my own body.

As faces and scenes continued across the screen, I began to recognize some of the people: a dear and faithful brother in the Lord suffering from diabetes, who’ll die within days if his infected foot isn’t amputated; a sister in the Lord, a quadriplegic for decades, who continues praying for others as she wonders why the Lord hasn’t taken her home.

Lastly, I saw faces of those previously on-fire for the Lord who’d fallen away; some through sin, and others discouragement.  I felt their pain and sorrow.  It seemed they didn’t know what to do, how to reconnect.  They felt so unworthy and hopeless.  It was then I heard the Lord say:

“Call My people in!

Call in the sick, the maimed, and the broken.

This is YOUR body, as you are ONE with many members.

I’ve given you authority to overcome all the power of the enemy.

Stretch forth your hands to heal, to restore, to make whole.”

I began making proclamations, and the scenes started to change.  I bound the hand of the enemy who’d come against my body, and saw chains breaking off the people.  As I claimed the Righteousness of God in Christ, joy and gladness spread across the faces of those formerly bound by shame.  Then the most amazing thing began to happen.

As I spoke words of healing and restoration over my body, those in the sick beds began to rise and stand!  The crippled and maimed were healed and made whole.  End of Vision

Interpretation:

I sat there thinking about all I’d been shown, asking the Lord for interpretation.  The Holy Spirit immediately imparted, “This is a rescue mission.”

Jesus is the Head of the Body, the Church (Col. 1:18).   We the Church, are many members of one body, and are individually members of one another.

The members of the body should have the same care one for another, and if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it.

We who are strong are to bear the infirmities of the weak (Rom. 15:1).

The Lord wants the individual members of the Body to intercede on behalf of the whole.  He’s given us authority to overcome all the power of the enemy.  We’re to bind the hand of the enemy that’s come against our body, and call in the sick, maimed, and the broken.  He’s commanding us to stretch forth our hands over the Body of Christ to heal, to restore, and make whole.

Just as God brought the Israelites out of Egypt, and there was not one feeble person among them, so will it be again.  Jesus is coming for a Church without spot or wrinkle.

The next morning, as I was praising Him for the mighty miracles of healing and restoration coming within the Body, I heard the Lord say:

“There will be amputations.”

It was made clear, not all will receive the healing balm being offered from the Lord.  Those who refuse to receive and bear fruit will be cut off, just as doctors must sometimes amputate part of a physical body to save the whole.

This is a mandate to the Body of Christ.  There’s no time to waste.  He’s calling upon us to come together as one, to repent and intercede for each other.  The cleansing and purifying of the Body, the temple of the Lord, is taking place.  The temple is being prepared for the full indwelling of the Holy Spirit.  The Glory is about to fill the temple!

“In whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.” (Ephesians 2:21)

Please pray for interpretation and how this applies to you personally.

Scripture Reference:

1 Corinthians 12:12-26, “For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.  For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body…For in fact the body is not one member but many…But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it, that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another.  And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it…”

Colossians 1:18, “And He is the head of the body, the church…”

Romans 12:4-5, “For as we have many members in one body…, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.”

Romans 15:1, “We then who are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak…”

Psalms 105:37, “He brought them forth also with silver and gold; and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.”

John 15:2, “Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away…”

1 Peter 1:16, “Be ye holy, for I am holy”

Diana Pulliam has been a Christian since the age of 22, but it wasn’t until 2008, while going through an especially trying time, that she asked God what He intended for her life. She told Him she wanted her life to give Him glory, but didn’t see how it was making any difference at all for His kingdom. She asked Him to not hold anything back, she wanted everything He intended for her, and was willing to do whatever He told her to do.

Two weeks later, during her quiet time with the Lord, she heard the Holy Spirit say, “Clean your house and write.” The last few years, He has given her dreams and visions about the times in which we live. In 2011, she started the blog The Mighty Hand of God as a place to write whatever the Lord inspires.

As usual I very much identify with what the Holy Spirit has revealed to you and as other post on Z3 confirms a vision I was given in regard to an awakening within the body of Christ.
I can identify both as one that feels called to rescue and one that has been through a very difficult time of testing the past few years. Since being laid off from my job in the oilfield where I made more money than I’ve ever made in my life I transitioned to where it difficult to get by on a weekly basis as I’m always juggling what can I pay this week and how will we make it until next week. It seems each time there seems to be a slight breakthrough something else comes up. My consolation is that God is in control and there is purpose in the testing.

Thanks so much Diana, I have my mum staying with me for a couple of weeks. She is 84, lives in a care facility, has some debilitating health issues. Yesterday, I left the house for a while and began praying for her and for myself – generational curse breaking and all! But I felt rather dejected when I returned home with the realisation that mum, although a Christian, is not spirit filled and would not believe herself for healing. I have been given a list of family members that I am to pray for and being challenged in this area. So your word today has greatly encouraged me to press on. About 2 years ago mum was told her leg would have to come off due to varicose ulcers, she was in hospital. I drove down and prayed over her leg. The ulcer has healed up. Now I am going after arthritis which has rendered her hands useless. Mostly I want to see her spirit filled. Never too late for anyone. Because of this encouraging word from you I have renewed energy and faith. God bless.

No, Alison, it’s never too late. I work in a care facility. There was an elder there that I had been getting aquatinted with. She was in her 90’s. Then I said “would you like me to pray for you”. She said “Oh no. I don’t believe like that.” That’s ok I said, but if you ever want prayer, just ask. Then over the months of befriending her and playing my guitar and singing praise and worship songs for the group, I’d ask if anyone would like prayer. Some would . Others didn’t. But eventually they all wanted prayer. Even that one lady. One time in her room, she was in pain and discomfort, so I asked her if she wanted me to pray for her. She said ” oh ,would you please”
So, yes, it is never too late. Keep praying

Another gentleman who is in his 80’s. Was letting me pray for him. Some people were very surprised because he used to be a professor of philosophy maybe?? I can’t remember what at the moment, but it was obviously opposite to believing in God, by this persons response

Where the Spirit is, there is life
You believe and that’s enough for the both of you, until she comes in.
Perhaps the healings will bring her into the kingdom 🙂

Dear Alison, for your mum. Eagle’s wings by Hillsong from their album ‘By your side’. Originally done by Reuben Morgan.

And just now..words or Kari Jobe’s ‘Holy Spirit’

There is nothing worth more that could ever come close
No thing can compare, You’re our living hope
Your presence LORD

Holy Spirit, You are welcome here
Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere
Your glory, God, is what our hearts long for
To be overcome by Your presence LORD…

Let us become more aware of Your presence
Let us experience the glory of Your goodness

“The singers went before” which is from Psalm 68

Thanks for sharing Bimsy. I had a vision on Sunday (Saturday for many) of seeing my hands binded together and I could feel the tension in my hands of trying to separate my hands, and finally they broke free. I was thinking about Esther at the time of the vision.

Jane NZ – Interesting you were thinking of Esther. Last Friday Night at the Worship / Prayer meeting led by Dutch Sheets there was a cry out to the Holy Spirit for Esther’s both young & old to be united together, both in the United States and globally, to come against the rising witchcraft in the Mighty Name of YAHUSHUA. Shalom.

How amazing how the Spirit of God is moving! I had not heard of Dutch Sheets before so I checked out his website. The verse he shared on his home page is from Leviticus 26:8. Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand! All your enemies will fall beneath your sword. Prior to that, I was led to Exodus 26 where the plans for the Tabernacle are given. As the LORD said “Be sure that you make everything according to the pattern I have shown you here on this mountain”. There is a move of God happening now for which the pattern is established in scripture. Confess your faults and be healed. I confess that I am afraid (the LORD is saying Zechariah 8 and 9). This is what the LORD of Heaven’s Armies says: Be strong and finish the task! Ever since the laying of the foundation of the Temple of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, you have heard what the prophets have been saying about completing the building. Zech 8:9.

Jane – All of Zechariah Chapter 8 ties in perfectly with this short video of the Jerusalem Hills I was watching earlier today. Thank-you Yahushua. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1DclNmrKc8

We bless your hands in Jesus’ name. May you go forth and stretch them out for the advancement of His Kingdom…healing the sick, ministering to the broken-hearted and setting the captives free. The time is now – your hands are unbound!

Wow. Thank you so much Mike for praying for me. The LORD bless you. That blew me away yesterday so I have thought about it overnight. I was reminded of Lazarus where Jesus shouted “come out!”… But then Jesus told them “unwrap him and let him go!” In John 11. While it was Jesus that called him out, it was the ministry of ‘the them’ to unbind him.

That’s a great revelation. It is the power of the Lord that works the supernatural, but it is up to us to appropriate that power to complete the work. God bless you Jane!

I read this post of Dianes’ and then got alone in prayer. I prayed that the Torah adherent Jews, that were already worshipping Yahweh, would come to also know him as Yeshua. As I prayed this, the glory of God fell on me so heavy that I could barely sit upright. I can feel him falling on me again as I type this out!

There’s a full moon on the 12th and it’s Daylight Savings Time. Jesus is the “Light” of the world and our “Savior”. Three days later is the Ides of March, the day our debt ceiling is set in stone and the Dutch election day where a nationalist, anti-EU candidate is running strong. (-:

Thank you for this! I send out a daily Bible verse / prayer to a large group of people. And this is what I sent out today! “Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, ‘But we knew nothing about this,’ does not He who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not He who guards your life know it? Will He not repay everyone according to what they have done?” (Prov. 24:11-12). Heavenly Father, may we have enough love and concern for others that we pray for and do what we can to help protect / rescue those in danger of harm or being killed. Some examples: babies at risk for abortion, children / people at risk of (and victims of ) abduction, children caught in the web of child-sex trafficking or child pornography, children / people stuck in abusive homes, the homeless, those in spiritual / emotional bondage who don’t know how to get out, the persecuted Church around the world, etc. Pls forgive us for turning a blind eye b/c we’re too busy or self-focused! God have mercy on us! May our hearts break for these people. Lord God, show us what we can do! Should we send money, go to any of these people groups if we’re able? And we can all pray, pray, pray! Please help us to do what we can – knowing that we’d desperately want the same done for us if we were victims in any of these categories! Give us Your love, Lord God! In Jesus’s wonderful name, amen. (I’ve been asking the Lord daily to please give me more LOVE. Love for Him, and love for people! Of all the gifts of the Holy Spirit, LOVE is the most important gift!! May the… Read more »

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Speak LIFE into every life and situation. Declare the Word, for only the Word brings the Fruit of Life.

Good point, Sarah. Notice that in Scripture, “death” is mentioned first.
Perhaps that is because the natural tendency is to proclaim “death” rather than LIFE. Maybe we need to be more conscious of that. There is so much POWER in our words.

This resonates with me in many ways. I have mentioned in other post that my nonprofit has the trademark rights for “Are You Rescue Ready / R U ResQ ReD? When I first received it my focus was on natural and man made disasters. Then God revealed the Spiritual. Just recently I found a book at thrift store “God’s Survial Guide – A handbook for crisis times in your life ; published in 2004.
I had opposition from the trademark office, but NOW is an official registered trademark.

If you are “rescue ready” then help others prepare. My nonprofit is Helping Others Prepare for Eternity (HOPE) it’s time.

Mark 16:17-19New International Version (NIV)

17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

19 After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.

Amen Savage , the First Church , 33 AD – 325 AD , walked in miracles as a normal part of their walk . In about 210 AD their was a Brother in Egypt who every day feed the poor in his town , he had no job or source of income , yet every morning the baskets in his kitchen were full of bread for the poor . This was the norm ; GODs Signs and Wonders displayed thru HIS People is why the First Church grew by leaps & bounds ! This all changed with the Council of Nicea in 325 AD when man took over the Church from HOLY SPIRIT , as the last people of the First Church died out , so did the scale of miracles . I see some signs of the First Church on Z3 , I am expecting to see much more from the Mighty Men & Women of GOD here . Blessings

John and Savage, laughing cos I said to the LORD if I hear an amen to that then I will share this song Baruch Adonai. Always linked with what Sarah shared about the power of words! It is by Paul Wilbur, from the album ‘The Watchman’ and ‘A night of extravagant worship’.

Blessed is the LORD
Praise his name forever
So let the nations sing and praise Him
And Israel will say, Amen!

When the shout of the LORD is in our camp
It’s the sound of victory
For the power of His voice will rout the enemy
There’s no weapon that can defeat us here
We will triumph on every side
More than conquerors through the might of Adonai
Though the walls they stand before us
Hem us in on every side
They come crashing down
When they hear the sound
Of the name above all other

Yahushua HaMashiach, El Gibbor. You’re the mighty God!
Jehovah Nissi raise your banner higher!
The rock of our Salvation
The Messiah our righteousness
Adonai Yireh my provider
El Shaddai!

The LORD bless my brothers and sisters. Love Jane.
