“The noose” may be an encirclement action to trap and squeeze the frontline Ukrainians north of Mariupol. I had a vision of Ukraine with the word “authority” or perhaps “authoritarian” located where Dnipro is located approximately. This may indicate an authoritarian takeover of SE Ukraine (Novorussian) by the Russians as the objective, which is larger than just taking over the areas previously demanded (Donbass, Crimea, etc.). Given the price they are paying for this invasion, it would not be surprising if they are upping the ante, so to speak, of what they expect to get for their efforts. SNS
