Holy cow! Two cows were recently born with the number seven clearly displayed on their faces.
Of course many people would say it is a sign of good luck. Others would say, “So what!”
But for those who are paying attention, the Lord speaks in all sorts of ways. In this case there are many interesting points indicating God is saying something to us.
The first calf was born on Saturday, September 20, 2014. Saturday is the Hebrew Sabbath day, the seventh day of the week, which is designated as the day of rest. So there is a connection between the birth of the calf and the time of rest. Not only was he born on a Sabbath day, but it was the final Sabbath day of the year, based on the Hebrew calendar. The new year began on Rosh Hashana, which fell on September 25 2014.
Amazingly, a second calf was born with the number seven plastered to his face five days after the first calf, which means he was born on precisely the first day of the new Hebrew year. So between the two of them they have marked the Sabbath day, the final Sabbath day of the year, and the first day of the new year. But wait, there is more to this story!
The Jewish Rabbis mark their years in seven year increments, which is in keeping with God’s increments of seven days of the week and seven year periods revealed in scriptures. For example, the angel Gabriel revealed the future end-time events to the prophet Daniel in seven-year increments.
It just so happens that the birth of the first calf marks the end of the sixth year in the seven-year cycle, while the birth of the second cow marks the start of the seventh year. Like the seventh day of the week, the seventh year is designated as a year of rest. In Hebrew it is called the year of the “shemitah,” which means to fall to the ground. During this year the Hebrew people were commanded to let all financial debts fall to the ground. Debts were to be forgiven and everyone would begin the next seven-year period with a clean slate. Together the two cows send a message that the seventh day, the day of rest, and the seventh year, the year of rest, have arrived.
So what difference does any of that make? It makes a lot of difference because it appears to be a warning of what is going to happen during this year. Author Jonathan Cahn recently wrote a book about this year, called the “Mystery of the Shemitah,” which is specifically about this current year. Because of the shemitah year he believes we will see a major financial shaking which will cause our financial system to fall to the ground. This shaking is due to the fact that God’s seven-year shemitah’s have been ignored. As a result, a major financial shaking is necessary to restore God’s order to our financial system. The birth of the two cows appears to be a prophetic warning that the year of the Sabbath rest has begun.
These warnings are consistent with what the Lord has shown me regarding an economic collapse in 2015. I shared that in my previous post: Warning: Sudden Economic Collapse Coming in 2015.
The first calf was born in the Pittsburgh area, which is populated by fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and since the Steelers quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger, wears the number seven on his Jersey, the farmers decided to name the calf “Baby Ben.” Amazingly, Ben Roethlisberger is Jewish and so is his name. So the calf was given a Hebrew name. Sorry, but I did not catch the name of the second calf. Maybe he is Joseph?

Not one of you are looking at the scripture to interpret this. From what I am reading here the closest interpretation is that of Stan Johnson, but it is scary if he actually says ” Stan states that he is like “Joseph” and interprets these signs and wonders.” Joseph did not claim to interpret the dreams for Pharaoh. He was given the interpretation by God. The interpretation given by God is in the scripture. It is not about finances. It is about food. Seven years of plenty of food, followed by seven years of famine. It is not going to start at some other time. God is not going to give a seven year warning and then allow the famine to come in one year or eight years. It will be in seven years from the birth of those cows. When I first saw this in 2015, I thought “OK God, where is the corn?” Then I thought how would you put the seven on the corn? It wouldn’t be as dramatic to put a seven on an ear of corn. Someone might eat it without even noticing. Then I started looking at the corn crop yield for 2015. Sure enough, it was a record crop in the US. It was in 2016 too. If this is from God, then there will be record corn crops for the next five years. Then in 2022 the crops will fail. There will be financial upheaval, but it will be as a result of people using all of their resources to buy food. Look back at the scripture. The people at first bought grain with money, then with their silver and gold, then with their cattle, then with their land, then with their children and finally by selling themselves into slavery.
HI Elizabeth, I agree with you on this biblical theory. God repeats history so we are supposed to know those stories and the signs that are connected to them. But if Sept. 2014 to Sept 2015 was a shimittah why would there have been a bumper crop of corn in 2015. Wouldn’t those years produce less than other years to show us the differences in God’s time and ours? I truly hope we have 5 more years to prepare for the lean times. And the eclipse across America on the 21st of August then again in April 2024 is also a sign I believe. The paths of those two solar eclipses will mark an X on our country in Missouri possibly over the New Madrid fault line. All we can do is pray be faithful humble obedient and ready for what lies ahead.
The shemittah year or the sabbath of the land did not exist before the Israelites entered the promised land. Joseph interpreted Pharaoh’s dream before the rest of the Israelites entered Egypt. They had to go through 300 to 400 years of being enslaved by the Egyptians before Moses led them out of the promised land, was given the ten commandments, and told about shemittah. So I don’t believe shemittah would have anything to do with Pharaoh’s dream. Even if it does have something to do with it, I don’t think the crops would be less bountiful in the shemittah year because I think the shemittah is about our obedience to the will of God. If we honor the weekly sabbath I believe God helps us to be more effective during the rest of the week. I think if we were to honor the sabbath of the land our crops would be more abundant the remainder of the time. It may be because we are not honoring this sabbath that we will go through a famine.
Gabriel visited Pastor Terry Bennett in 2001 and told him of three 7 year periods. The first period of prosperity ended 2014, the second 7 yrs would be major changes in government and the third, 2021-2028, the rise of one world religion. This seems more realistic to me as we await the coming economic crash.

The first seven years are not a period of prosperity, but of economic problems, which started in 2008 just as he saw it would. However, the impact has been masked by market manipulation from the Federal Reserve, which cannot continue for much longer. The real damage of what has happened since 2008 will soon become impossible for them to hide.
The abomination of desolation is mid week according to daniel an in matthew which to me would be the beginning of the great tribulation and where satan brings in the mark and for the believers in Christ the days will be shortened and the rapture would take place and then God pours out his wrath. this is how i am understanding it and satan is wreaking havoc on the world.
The abomination of desolation is in the middle of the week, the middle of the seven years, but according to Revelation 13:5, God will allow the antichrist to rule for 42 months, which ends with the abomination of desolation because God no longer allows him to rule after that. Instead, He intervenes, the sixth seal is broken, and the wrath of God is poured out, marking the beginning of the end for the antichrist.
Terry Bennett said, 2014-15 would be a transitional time (crash?) that would bring on the changes in government. Keep your eye on Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal. When government checks stop coming in governments will change. “What the United States is going to go through is civil conflict, civil war and then invasion.” He also said the US would go through a period of “anarchy and chaos.” BUT, he said, that because of the coming invasion the desire of the spirit of anti-Christ to take hold of this nation would be greatly diminished. So, he said, this could actually be a blessing from the Lord for America, particularly if she prayed, to keep us from the domain of the spirit of anti-Christ. The third 7 yr period sounded like the coming 7 year tribulation. This would begin 2021-22.
I shared the scriptures in my previous reply showing there are no scriptures to support the idea of a 7-year tribulation. It lasts for 42 months (Revelation 13:5). After that comes the great tribulation, which gets cut short for the sake of the elect (Matthew 24:22).
The third seven-year period revealed to Terry Bennett is not part of the 42-month tribulation or the great tribulation because he was shown the antichrist completes his rise to power at the end of the 21-year period, which is in 2028. If his vision is accurate, which I believe it is, the 42-month tribulation could begin in 2028.
Didn’t Neville Johnson say ( Lancaster, in 2014) that in 7 years (ie. 2021) it will be difficult to buy or sell (666)?

i know the scriptures don,t specifically say a 7 year tribulation but wouldn,t Daniels 70th week be referring to this as this could be the antichrist setting up his kingdom in the first half of that and the last half it says to continue 42 months so is that not saying that things are already in motion and getting ready to introduce the mark and and stop the sacrifices and bring in the abomination of desolation. Also i would like your thoughts on the Neville Johnson post above and i think we all know time is short but do you have an opinion on this. i realize that there are prophecies to be fulfilled first but like you say time is short and they can happen very quickly.
The tribulation lasts 42 months, but at the end of it all hell breaks loose as the first beast establishes his throne in the new temple in Jerusalem. That triggers the breaking of the sixth seal and the start of the great tribulation, which is when the wrath of God is poured out. I believe the tribulation and great tribulation both happen during Daniel’s 70th week, but we are not told exactly how long the great tribulation lasts. It must last at least 5 months because the locusts are instructed to harm everyone who is not sealed for 5 months (Revelation 9:5). However, Jesus said for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short (Matthew 24:22), so I think that means it will be less than 42 months.
The antichrist is not setting up his kingdom during the tribulation, but is already ruling over it for 42 months because God has allowed him to rule 42 months (Revelation 13:5), which is another clue showing we are not there yet because the antichrist has not yet risen to a position of world ruler. Many things must happen first, but one of the biggest is the removal of the United States from its’ position as the world’s largest economy and military. There is no place for such a dominant power in the coming beast system as described in Revelation 13. Based on recent insights that God has granted the United States seven years to repent, I think we have at least another decade before the 42-month tribulation begins and possibly longer.

We have already seen a significant increase in persecution of Christians here in the U.S. and around the world as we are being routinely referred to as racists and haters, so it’s not hard to believe this trend will continue. I believe it will accelerate in the coming years, which fits with what Neville Johnson saw coming by 2021. Patricia Green’s vision confirms it, unable to publicly proclaim the gospel by Passover of 2020. However, timing gets really tricky considering the recent words about a seven-year reprieve. There are scriptural examples of God changing His mind regarding coming judgments. Prophetic revelations are often warnings, not predictions, because so much depends on what we do. I like to keep it simple by taking it one day at a time and not worrying about the timing of things that are years away.
Stan Johnson of the Prophecy Club has made a dvd called 2014 to 2021. It’s the prediction of 2 cows (in this article) and 13 modern prophecies. Stan states that he is like “Joseph” and interprets these signs and wonders. Stan believes the first cow represents the last 7 years of plenty, which started in September of 2014. The second cow is suppose to represent 7 years of famine, which Stan and many others believe will be The Tribulation. The dvd as well as the Prophecy Club are worth having a look into. Yes. Supposedly the 7 years of plenty ends around 2021 and that is when things get really bad, i.e. The Tribulation.
My interpretation is two cows with 7 simply means 7 x 7 = 49 years. I think God is reminding us that we’ve now had 7 periods of 7 years and were entering the 49 the year on birth of the second calf Sep 2014 to Sep 2015. Sept 2015 to 2016 would then be the 50th year. Financial reset due after the one year super Shemitah 50th year, or shortly after Sept 2017….
The original meaning in the bible is 7 fat years follow by 7 lean years.
7 lean years may be the 7 year occupation by foreign armies for the USA.
Or: 7 + 7 = 14 years later is the year the Lord return —- Sep 2028 ?

I had new insight about two shemitah cows. I thought the interpretation by Stan Johnson and Jonathan Cahn was a bit of because they said we would have economic collaspe 2015 and those where the good years followed by 7 worse years which made sense to me, that would be 14 bad years. Now, I have given it some reflection. There indeed are 7 good years coming to America really good and 7 bad. However, the last two years under obama will certainly not great so after looking at the Mark Taylor prophecy several times I believe Trump and his administration represent the 7 years of plenty and then perhaps sometime during his second term the church is raptured and then the economies of the world fall apart then would be the revealing of the antichrist and false prophet and then would come a time within the 7 years that christians would not be able to buy or sale. I believe people took the fact that the cows appeared on 2014 to me 2021 is when the economy collaspes . However, Jesus said no man no the day our hour, so that intrepretation can not be correct. I believe the sign was given to show we are near the end of the age but not necessarily knowing the exact year the 7 years of plenty began. God raised up Trump because the remnant cried out for him. you all got in wrong. the two cows never said ecomonomic collaspe happens in 2015 or 2016. If you go by what was written in Genesis 41. it means 7 years of prosperity, so there will be no economic collaspe until at least the end of 2021. Donald Trump will be elected and for a time this economy will turn around and the dollar will get stronger like Mark Taylor prophesied. Then at some point the down turn happens and we enter the 7 years of famine. Also, now I see why it is very dangerous for people not take Jesus word seriously. He said no man knows the day our the hour. That when He comes the catching away pre-trib rapture that it will be like the days of noah and lot. During the days of noah and lot there was no economic global calamdies before the flood came, olr the fire was sent dwon from heaven.. I am glad to hear the number on your face went away, but the numbers on the cows’ faces do not make them related to you. God created humans and cows as two different species, so they cannot be related.
